Driving around Vista Cay Resort or the Kissimmee area, you may have noticed pink vans driven by smiling faces and thought to yourself, “I wonder why they’re so happy?” The smiles come from being part of the hard-working Casiola team.
Busy as bees
The pink vans traverse the Kissimmee and Vista Cay area like busy bees, as the team continually makes the rounds at all the Casiola-managed properties. They work hard to assure that each and every one is up to the high company standards. When the company started in 2014, Dennis and Liliane were managing just 30 properties in Vista Cay Resort. Since then, it has added to its numbers, recently celebrating adding its 200th property to the Casiola family.
Growth didn’t come for free – with backgrounds in online and offline retail, Dennis and Liliane knew that success takes hard work, determination and passion. And, that’s exactly what they put into the Casiola name the last four years, building the best property management company they could.
For the last four years, we’ve put our heart and soul into building the best property management company we could. That’s why we’re extremely happy we signed our 200th property. But we’re not done – we can’t wait to show what’s in store for our guests and owners. The best is yet to come!
Dennis – CEO & Founder
The best is yet to come
The company isn’t resting on its successes so far, however. With guest experience as their main focus, they’re poised to continue to grow and expand. The company plans to build on their mission of taking care of every guest wish that each and every guest has the magical vacation they deserve.
You’ll see improved guest relations and services. Since December, they’re upgrading each property with a handy Casiola tablet that will include Internet access, real-time information on local attractions and events, practical resort and property info and even some awesome deals.
For owners, the company is working hard to develop myCasiola, a realtime Property Dashboard, so that owners have all the information they want, all the time. By automating as many of the processes as possible, they cut down on operational costs, which means more revenues for the owners.
Casiola is getting bigger and better, expanding around Universal Boulevard, as well as around the Kissimmee area. The best is yet to come!
