I did not like that a third party service (Casiola) was used to convey the entry instructions for the unit instead of being available on Airbnb's website directly. I also did not appreciate the multiple spam emails from Casiola despite unsubscribing directly and via email. Overall, I was pleased with the stay and the value for the money.”
