“This place was absolutely amazing! My family loved it. Everything was perfect! The only things I didn’t like about the entire property ( not only Dennis’s property) was the no privacy in the back yard and the screen door not being able to be locked when my teens wanted to go to back yard pool alone. The others was how dark it was in the front of property and limited parking and the no access to garage. Other than that my family and I had a great stay and we all fell in love with the inside and how big and beautiful it was. Thank you!”

“Communication with the workers wasn’t great, our check in was awful, there were people parked in our spot all night and we couldn’t get anyone to come remove the cars even though we tried to call. there were burn marks in the carpet of one of the rooms upstairs and they said they’d have someone come clean and they never did. because of the bad check in and dirty room we were supposed to get free heated pool for the week and suddenly the heater was “broken”. the house itself is nice but the communication and not getting what we asked for just wasn’t worth it.”

“Resort: well maintained, clean, resort pool and amenities were awesome! The house: would NOT recommend. Communication was horrible during our visit from being locked out to reaching out several times during our stay and staff telling me, “someone will contact you today”. When I finally received a phone call from the property manager she had said she just returned from maternity leave. That is all the staff had to say was someone would reach out next week or within a few days if they knew she was out. I felt ignored. I had no idea that some messages were automated. I had sent messages without a response and then I would get a random message (automated) and I was extremely confused as to why son one was addressing my concern or question just asked. You should place in the message that it is automated. Cleanliness is key in the world we live in today, and from hair in the master bathroom, mold, bleach stains, other stains on the walls, vents were coated in dust, and dried blood on a pillow case I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Early Check In should not be offered unless the previous renter was gone the day before the new renter is coming in. For this reason we were told very late the day of check In we could not be checked in at 10am, which is unacceptable. We were also locked out of our house for thanksgiving 1-1.5 hours late at night due to access code not working the 2nd night we stayed.”

“First off let me say I love the setup and idea. However it wasn’t very cleanly upon arrival and as much as the cleaning fee is on top of it still being a pandemic going on I didn’t feel it was sanitary or up to par. I found R.A.W tobacco wraps and black and mild tips along with other trash and little things I stepped on and had to watch closely to make sure my toddler didn’t pick anything up and find. I found so much stuff around the house that I feel if it were cleaned correctly they wouldn’t have missed. Not to mention stains on the carpets and it didn’t spots on the walls. I just really feel like the beds were made and trash taken out and that’s it. Idk who’s fault that it but that was my main issue as a mom. Also the tub was extremely hard to turn on then once on would not get hot and then extremely hard/impossible to twist and turn off. I wasted time getting ready to take a bath and then trying to use the little strength I have to get it off which I couldn’t . I don’t like that. It could have been fixed or a sign put up until it was fixed. I would definitely stay here again as long as I’m sure I won’t have these problems.”

“Family spring break - House was very clean and adequate space for 2 families. (4 adults, 4 kids) house was advertised with a game room in garage, however there was not there anymore. Complex was clean and safe. The community pool area and amenities need help with service. Not enough lifeguards for size and amount of people. The bar/food was under staffed everyday. We made comment to front desk each day, and they did nothing to remedy the lines and wait time. The community pool for last 2 days of trip was unusable due to leak in pool which needed to be fixed. Clean and nice gated community, but still needs work on service at community amenities.”

“Disney rental - Our house was welcoming and described as pictured. I wish we would have known to bring potholders and more dish towels and paper towels. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms well maintained. The kids loved the pool once the heat element was fixed. Staff were attentive to this. We propped the air hockey up with cardboard bc it was very wobbly. Might be good to fix that leg. The larger pool and clubhouse were a great amenity. ”

The oven handle fell off, the volume didn't work on 1 tv, 1 bed was broken and rocked back and forth when trying to sleep, the leg on the upstairs side table fell off, multiple light bulbs were burned out. “I recommend staying at these townhomes . - I use to go to hotels . Never again ! This place has your own private pool right outside the back door ! A gas grill and a charcoal grill . Nice patio furniture . With a big public pool , lazy river and a small water park for the children . With a restaurant and a bar at the pool . My children wanted to stay more at the resort than go to the Disney parks . The townhouse I stayed in had no problems at all . 5 bedrooms , 4 baths I had 5 adults and 2 children with me . Grandparents and my children . 1 room is on the lower level . My father really liked that . He has had both knees replaced and he does not like to climb stairs after a long day of walking . I hope your stay will be as good as mine was ! I loved it !!! Hope you do too . ”

“The villa is so well located for all the Disney parks - easy 20/25 minute drive door to door with minimal traffic. The villa itself has lots of space and the kitchen and living areas are really good. Bedrooms are spacious and all with own bathrooms/showers. The clubhouse facility within the resort has a great swimming pool and kids splash area which is idea and the food and drinks around the pool area are good level and not expensive. Dennis was a very good host who was always very quick to reply to any of my messages. ”
