“The house was as beautiful in person as it was pictured in the listing. We had plenty of space and things to do in the home, making it the perfect place to host our family Thanksgiving this year. Except for a little hiccup regarding the pool, this was one of if not the best experiences that we have had staying in an airbnb. Our host, Dennis, was wonderful and very accommodating to all my family concerns and needs. His response time was exceptional. We cannot recommend Dennis and this property highly enough. “We had a party of 16 and the house house had enough room for everyone. The house was clean and very nice. The walls and hand rail going upstairs can use a coat of paint. The backyard & pool area is one of the reasons we chose this house. There's no neighbors close on either side and none in the back. The pool is also bigger than you will find in many of the other homes but our family really enjoyed having the privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped but if your planning on cooking for a large group while there, bring bigger pots/ foil pans to cook in. I enjoyed the shower. The shower head along with the water pressure and steaming hot water was very nice. I don't go anywhere without my own bedding but the bedding was very crisp white and clean. The bed was nicely made with comfortable pillows as well. The clubhouse with the pool, lazy river, gym, etc. is very nice. If it's a weekend, leave early because it does get busy by noon. We enjoyed the amenities and everything there was clean.”

“Loved the ease and convenience. I am a private person so I did not like being forced to include my guests\' names before I could receive the check-in information. Very big turn-off and made me very uncomfortable. The carpet was freshly cleaned/shampooed which I appreciate the cleanliness, but there wasn\'t enough time to air out and dry so there was a slight odor and we arrived 3 hours later than planned. These were the only to not so great parts of the booking but I still rate it a 10/10! and would highly recommend it! ”

“We had a great time at this home, we we're 13 guests and we had more than enough room. The house was very clean. The only down side if any was that we lost 2 days of pool, we woke up one morning and the pool was cloudy and had a fishy smell to it. I reached out to Casiola management and refused to send someone over without sending them a picture first, we had left for the day to disney parks and I explained we would not be back until evening, and still without a picture they refused to send someone. Someone showed up the next afternoon to treat the pool and we could not use it for the rest of the day. Other than the pool issue which really put the kids in a bad mood, all else is as described in the listing, and overall we had a great time.”

“The villa is beautiful! Dennis the manager was great communicating and very professional. I did however experience multiple things that bothered me. One tub was filled with flying bugs literally! I have a video. Some rooms didn’t have remotes for TVs or working batteries to utilize the remotes. Couldn’t use the projector because of this, be sure to bring your own DVDs to as I didn’t know I needed to bring. Never thought the jacuzzi would need to be paid for heat, I assumed jacuzzis are normally hot so unfortunately we had cold water. No pot holders to utilize, had to use towels. Some towels were completely stained! I took pictures and sent them to the manager and he had the staff bring us some. Lastly, our trash bin outside was overfilled Saturday when we checked in and never emptied the entire week from the previous renters. I called the manager , called the number he gave me . I even call Casiola was told it would be picked up and never was!!! Meaning I had to leave my bagged garbage on the ground outside the bin in which I witnessed a vulcher and raccoon in there! Not acceptable!”

“HORRIBLE !!!! Started off perfectly fine with answering all of our question very fast. But it was all an act. The second day of our trip we messaged the host to complain on how the pool was a little cloudy. He then informed us that someone would come take it of it. Which no one ever did after messaging both him and the resort there where very minimal responses and lots of run around them telling us someone was coming and no one ever did. The pool was green and unable to use the entire time and no one cared that we paid all this money and were unable to use the pool the whole time. Everything able this situation was horrible wasting time during the day contacting everyone and getting no response. Along with all this trouble we went through they only tried to offer us one day of refund meanwhile we stayed for 5 days and couldn’t even use a service we paid for. Along with them trying to make us pay more for late checkout! Overall do not book with this entire resort because they don’t care so much about your experience only care for taking your money. The worst part of it all is that we were informed that he knew about the pool being messed up that they have been unable to fix it for the last three months. I hope you guys listen to me and do not book through this resort!”

“We booked this house for our family our kids' Spring Break. The House was Beautiful and exactly as pictured. We were missing two glasses from the table and they brought them over to us. Dennis was very responsive to all questions, like... Where is the broom? LOL There were 10 of us on this trip. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The pool & hot tub where clean and the kids had a blast. The common area of the Community was also great. Our kids enjoyed the Basketball Court and Water Park! We would definitely book this house again and/or other houses with Dennis!!”

“The house it’s self is amazing but the management team no not at all. They don’t know what’s at the location..... multiple rooms tv/cable box missing or not working. Only 3 little pots to cook for 15 people. No brook. Coffee maker and toasted didn’t work. Pool pump completely stopped working but still trying to run. Temp in pool was 105 and 110. Dishes all dirty when we got there and had to clean them our self. Vap pipe found by my 4 year old. Half eaten Oreo on the stairs. Baby toys and binki laying under the couch. Everything management is responsible for was a disaster. And nothing got fixed while we were there. Will not rent from Casiola again”

“Expect a large family home with 70% as expected from descriptions and pictures, and 30% not as shown. As you can see from the pictures, I’ll spare you the 70%. The 30% you won’t know is that the home is in a culdesac that is tightly neighboring other homes. About a foot away from your neighbor. The heated pool option was not functional even after sending someone out to check it, but regardless, of that we were hesitant to use the pool because of the amount of natural debris that was in it. You may be told 4PM check in but expect 5:30PM without ANY warning prior. The fish eyes lens makes certain parts of the home look larger than reality, including the garage. Unresponsive customer service after the trip was over in wanting to express my concerns. I called and was told the entire company does not have a manager that I can speak to?? This statement alone spurred me to write a review to be quite frank. The positives are a big kitchen, decent sized rooms, nice areas to hang out on both floors. Responsive host DURING the stay via the app. The community amenities were super nice and the home was very well cleaned.”

“Overall a good time with family, but not without hitches - The house is in a great location, and furnished very nicely. However, one of the king beds was practically unusable. The board supporting the box spring was broken, sagging on the floor in the middle of the bed. That would have had to have been noticed by the staff before we arrived when the bed was made The pool heater did not work, apparently could not be fixed while we were staying there, and that was a main reason for renting this house. It took us 2 hours to get into the community the night we arrived. I could not get any help from the property management while we were waiting. Turned out it was because it was holiday weekend, but still- would never go through that again. There was a ridiculously loud party outside house 2 doors over well past 1am with a pervasive smell of weed, again the management was no help that night. Couldn’t get past the answering service.However, we were given direct numbers to call on the following evenings, should it happen again. Thankfully it did not. The cleaning staff needs to spend more time in that house. Crumbs on the floor in the pantry, in the bathroom floor corners, very dirty baseboards. Just not the standard I expected for such a lovely home. ”
