“After spending a lot of time looking for the perfect place to host my Bachelor party, when I came across this listing I knew it was the perfect one. unfortunately due to Hurricane Milton we were in a major conflict if we should cancel the trip, postpone it or push it back a few days. When I contacted Dennis and explained the situation to him he was so empathetic and even agreed to refund all our money which said so much about him. It was his empathetic attitude and hospitality that was deciding factor for us to push the trip back by one day after the hurricane hit Orlando. He was very gracious and responded to all our needs, concerns and kept us up to date about the surrounding area. Once we got there the house was pristine, very spacious (for 5 guys), bathrooms were clean and , game room was just as pictured. The welcome gift of oreos was a nice touch. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you for making what could've been a bad trip, very memorable!!!”

“We booked this location very last minute. From before booking the house, Dennis was very helpful in answering all my questions. Once we were in the house Dennis made sure we were comfortable and everything was to our liking. The house is very clean and comes with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. On another note, this location is about 20-30minutes from Disney which is great after spending a full day in the parks.”

“Dennis was extremely helpful and responded quickly. The house was difficult to find since GPS takes you to an emergency exit gate only. The house was clean and comfortable and the area was well located, so will absolutely stay again. Great price paid for the value of home. The pictures on site does not do it justice. House was bigger than expected. Propane grill worked great and outside table with fire pit was great feature. However, the knives were not sharp and dart board darts were broken. The ice maker doesnt work so had to use portable ice maker which was slow. The TV remote is confusing to work and was only able to watch shows by speaking into the mircophone. The resort does not have floaties for the lazy River and you have to drive to get to resort/main pool area.”

“This was my very first airbnb. I normally book hotels but I will definitely say Dennis made my family and I’s stay feel right at home. I know I worried him at the beginning but I just didn’t want anything going wrong being that it was my first rental. Dennis was responsive, helpful and attentive to my concerns and questions. He made sure to check on us during our stay. The home was beautiful and just as pictured. The area was nice. I loved how it wasn’t right next to everything because the Main Street gets congested fast and I wanted to be able to come in and out the neighborhood with ease. “Great house, all you need, but location is horrible. It is not in Kissimmee, and it's not in Celebration as the maps are showing on AirBnB. It's way west in Reunion. We rented the place that "showed" as 7 min from a conventation center, but it endup being 24 minutes away, and always traffic, always! It was very inconvenient. Plus, we asked for a heated pool in advance. We agreed to pay the extra $130, but due to travel from Europe, we didn't do it till we got there and the pool was cold. The host said they can turn the heat on only if we pay... Really? we paid close to $4000 for the house for 4 days and now wouldn't pay the $100 something? Non sense.”

“This place was great. Large enough for a family. more than enough for 5 of us. We used 3 rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Sad I didn’t get to use the pool, but I had breakfast out in the pool area one day and it was nice. One negative- It is hard to find at night. G Maps takes you to the house but to a gate that is locked with a sign (Fire Dept) only. I forgot which road to take but the main entrance to the complex is the 1st left past the gas station. Once we figured it out, it was fine. I would recommend this place for families who have a Disney trip planned.”

“The house is really big and has all the amenities required. It is near gas station for all utilities and easy to check-in as well. The host is really helpful and considerate. The only callout is there are additional costs for for heated pool and heaters near the pool and needs to be added separately which is not mentioned on airbnb listing. The guests have to told about this before since it will take about 24 hrs to get the heater working properly as mentioned by property management. Also, better quality of toiletries like shower gel, shampoo and hand soaps can be provided. Otherwise the house is really excellent and is best for vacations.”

“This home location was easy to find (once you found the right entrance off Sydney vs where GPS takes you) - The value is great, and the home is beautiful and well equipped for a large family. Our only real hiccup was the pool, as we arrived on Sunday afternoon, and couldn't use the pool until Tuesday afternoon due to hot-tub warm temps with a baby and circulation. But, once it finally regulated after they came out twice, it was great. The only other bummer was the neighborhood pool and splashpad was down for construction... we were looking forward to the splash pad, but realize it isn't up to home owner that schedule. “this was our first time doing airbnb and this house was absolutely a great place to stay! its close to all the parks, 30 mins to magic kingdom. we loved everything in there! house had all the amenities and communication was on point. the only thing we paid for heated pool and the pool wasnt warm like it was expected, but other than that we enjoyed. also community had great slides for kids! so we will be back! One note, the waterpark is a nice community swimming pool, that includes a fun area for kids, and a small lazy river. It was very nice but didn't reach the level of "waterpark" in our mind. I just want to make sure that others have proper expectations.”

“This home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large family or two families traveling together. There was plenty to keep the whole family entertained the game room was great for the teens! The location is great 7-11 right there if you need anything! The Gps seems to take you to an emergency entrance so you have to drive around the community and find the main enterence. The club house was great and we had a blast with the entire family there on a Saturday. Upon check in there were a few issues however Dennis had the immediately corrected.”

“Good: The house is nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is super cute. The bar at the waterpark only has one person working the whole time but the food is yummy. Bring your own tube for the lazy river and definitely rent a cabana for $75! Bad: When we arrived the simple house amenities were missing: hours of operation for the waterpark and resort, ice maker didn't work, and wifi wasn't functioning. We also paid for pool heat but the pool was cold the whole time yet the host swears the heat was on!!! So frustrating because this is why we booked this house!!! I missed a conference call and my kids missed going to the water park on the only day they were there because of wifi/missing hours! It's hard to get in touch with Casiola, the management company, although the team members that stopped by were kind and willing to help. The house, area, and resort were cool but I don't think I would book with Casiola again - they just don't care enough about guest experience.”

“First impressions are really stained and dirty carpets ... makes the whole place seem dirty. Few cockroaches (not tons) doesn’t help either. Very difficult to find and access the place, only one gate in and out and every time it’s a whole process to get through the gates. The host doesn’t provide pedestrian gate codes so when you want to walk or jog outside the project you literally have to wait for and walk behind a car coming or going. The host left Oreos for us which was a nice touch. We used the kitchen and it worked fine. Not my favorite Air B&B and we wouldn’t rent this place again.”

“Booked a last minute weekend getaway and this house was perfect for us! Location was pretty decent (a little confusing because you can’t find it on Apple Maps or google maps but once you drive around you get used to it) The house was really nice some of the chairs were a little wobbly and the pool lights didn’t work so we had to improvise with glow sticks and glow beach balls but all in all great time! Great amenities and great hosts!”

“Thank you Dennis! This home is model quality new! Stylishly designed and well appointed. Check in and check out was a breeze with our own private door code. The pool was perfectly heated on a rare chilly day in Florida and we appreciated the warmth after walking Disney for 2 days!! The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, some construction in the area with new developments but this will be great in no time as they are brining amenities to the immediate area. Definitely check out this home, it felt like the life of luxury 15 mins away from all the best parks Orlando has to offer. We would certainly come back!!!”

“Great place with great amenities. The grill and fire table were a nice touch. Our only suggestions are plastic cups (particularly for kids/teens), rugs under the gaming tables in the garage (for acoustic purposes; a lot of echoing), more towels, better quality sheets (sheets were rough/like sandpaper), a larger coffee maker (although, there was also a Keurig), and not setting the tables with all of the china and wine glasses (beautiful but not necessary). We didn't take advantage of the clubhouse and the lazy river, simply because the kids enjoyed the pool and table games at the house. Highly recommend this house for large families or a large group.”
