With the new Fast & Furious Supercharged ride coming to Universal Studios Florida, watching a high speed chase scene, will be a thing of the past. With this ride, you will be IN the high speed chase. Sounds incredible, right? Well, the excitement doesn’t end there. You will be in the high speed chase WITH the Fast & Furious family. You will be riding furiously with Dom (Vin Diesel), Letty (Michelle Rodriguez), Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), Roman (Tyrese Gibson), Tej (Ludacris), Mia (Jordana Brewster) and others right at your side!
Become fully immersed into the fast & furious story
Your adrenaline filled adventure starts from the very beginning with this ride. Even before you step foot on the attraction, you are immersed into the story. The first thing you’ll see is Dom’s car parked outside. You will then walk into the Fast & Furious Supercharged Building, which has now become the new home base for operations. Once inside, you’ll be welcomed with various popular scenes from the movie, and iconic photos of the Fast & Furious family. Hit songs from the films’ soundtracks fill the rooms while memorable scenes from the franchise play around you.
Time for the chase!
Suddenly, Dom appears to personally invite you to attend a race after-party. But, Tej doesn’t let the surprises end there. He wants you to ride to this party in style. He hooks you up with a customized party bus to get you there. And, that is when the adrenaline will start surging! As you make your way to the party, Dom calls with an urgent message: Criminal Owen Shaw has tracked you down. Hold onto your seats, because now you will be on a wild high speed chase, as the crew from Fast & The Furious fights to keep you safe from Shaw. The question is, will the high speed chase have a victorious end, or not?
No waiting in boring lines!
Another reason why this ride is so exciting, is because it will be the next attraction to feature the Virtual Line system. You just download the official Universal Orlando Resort Mobile App, or find the kiosks near the ride entrance. You then can select your ride time. While you wait, go walk around, eat, go on a different ride, etc. The Virtual Line system allows you to continue your time enjoying the park, as opposed to spending 1 or 2 hours waiting in a line. As of now, the only other ride to offer the Virtual Line System is, “Race Through New York, Starring Jimmy Fallon”.
