“This stay was literally a miracle for my work trip. My first hotel cancelled my stay at 3am the night of check-in. By a miracle, this stay was open for my entire trip week and nearby the convention center (not really walkable but very short ride) with a Walgreens only a 3 min walk in the same plaza area. Having a full apartment was perfect for my stay, especially with my boss. We were able to do small laundry and dinners. Couldn't have chosen a better place and I'm still amazed we were able to get it! It was 100x better than my original plans. I was surprised the host was able to reply back at 4am when I messaged them and they were very responsive. Whenever I have future conventions in Orlando, this will be my default stay!”

“Check-in was super simple - wasn\'t even really a process. The home was extremely clean, the location was perfect, and it was a great value. The shower head in the master bathroom was broken and the handle wouldn\'t stay in the holder (it was handicapped accessible). We made it work, so didn\'t have to call. I didn\'t have to contact during the stay. As far as amenities, the pool was VERY close and nice. There could be a few more kitchen utensils/supplies, like a double broiler pot, spatulas, and a different skillet that isn\'t textured on the bottom. If we are back in the area, I would definitely look to stay here again. Thanks!”

“Unfortunately i can’t recommend this apartment for others. The apartment is in a good location for the parks and is spacious and contains everything you need for a group of 4-6 guests. We had a bit of a shocking discovery of a used Condom in the bedroom on arrival in one of the bedrooms. Obviously, mistakes happen and it’s not the end of the world, but definitely not what you want to find anywhere you stay. I would have expected with the fairly hefty cleaning fees this wouldn’t happen. Nothing was offered as compensation (i expected a reduced cleaning fee perhaps…). Also, the incorrect address was shared with the booking and on arrival we were trying to unlock the door of another apartment with someone else in it. They were not happy and it was a fairly tense encounter. Not what you need after a long flight. After calling the host they confirmed they had the wrong apartment number on the listing. As of now it is still incorrect. No other issues.”

“Best bang for the buck! - The overall experience was good! The rental was clean and comfortable. It could use a few updates and some cosmetic maintenance, but nothing that would keep me from booking again. Could use more trash bags for the kitchen trash can. Couple issues when we arrived were fixed quickly, and the staff was very nice. All my questions were answered promptly and I was satisfied with the customer service! The pool on Saturday was a blast! Loved the DJ and the music and games! The elevator needs some ventilation bad, and a luggage cart would be helpful! The tiny grocery cart in the hallway did come in handy! The location was wonderful and very convenient for our event! I feel like we got a great place for the price! Would stay again! ”

“Very nice unit as described near pool and very convenient to Seaworld. Check in was super easy. The furniture is definitely on the cheap side (i.e. intended for a rental) but was certainly adequate for our stay. And, the unit was well stocked with starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, salt and pepper, etc.) Also, reaching the management company is great thru email. Don't try over the phone. We either couldn't get thru or when we finally did, the lady didn't seem to know anything. I would definitely consider staying here if I were doing Seaworld again. But, I'm not sure that I would do so during Spring Break. The pool was crazy crowded in the afternoons to the point that my daughter did not want to swim at all at that point. She likes to dive for toys in the pool. There was no space to do anything like that. Also, the bartender at the pool is a bit on the rude side. She was abrupt both days I spoke with her and downright rude to a kid who came to her asking for change for a $20. Note also that their food menu is VERY limited. Fortunately, the mornings at the pool weren't so bad and we ended up buying some food at Publix so that we didn't need to rely upon the food at rhe bar. Good stay overall.”

“My experience was not pleasant. The photos look great! When you first walk in you like the colors and brightness but upon further inspection your excitement dulls. The sheets were worn and stained in the double bedroom. There were hairs in both bathrooms with the drain clogged in one with long dark hairs. The kitchen drain had crusted dried food in it. Batteries were dead in two remotes and the lamp in the double bedroom didn’t work. There were no pods for the dishwasher, no dish towels, no sponge for the kitchen. The carpet in the bedrooms is old and dirty. Lighting is bad in the bathrooms. They did leave us a bag of Oreos but I would rather have had a better overall experience.”

“Perfect Stay at Penthouse Pleasure - I rented this apartment in aug/sept '19 and we loved it. This is my second booking with Casiola and they never fail. Very professional and great service. I stayed during the Dorian hurricane period and they keep you informed. I appreciate that. They also personally checked if all loose items on the balcony were placed in the apartment as instructed. I had an issue with the AC and it was fixed within an hour. I was really surprised. Thank you! The apartment was as in the pictures. Comfy, clean, modern. I like the new designs. I hope they do this for all the apartments under their management. The building is near the convention center, has a great view of a lake and great for walking the dogs or running. Very relaxing. There is a Publix and a Walgreens nearby, walking distance. It is a 5 minute ride to Wonderworks and ICON park. Very near Universal Studio's , Seaworld and the malls. If you don't have a car you could use a taxi. But in Orlando I recommend to rent a car to explore all the places. Overall, great location, great apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. I will rent again.”

“Casiola Air B and B- Vista Cay Resorts- Penthouse Pleasure - This rental surpassed our expectations. We had 2 families staying here and we never felt like we were in one another's way. The kids had their space and adults theirs. We were able to eat at home some and eat out some. The washer and dryer made things very convenient as well. They also had beach towels along with shower towels. The pools were great and there was a waiter that came by to see if we needed anything. They also were playing movies poolside at night. Last the location was ideal for us as we were visiting SeaWorld and Aqautica daily. We would highly recommend this to other customers.”

The condo was in a great location within the resort. It’s located near the clubhouse which has a gym, pool and poolside bar. The front desk offered a baggage hold area in case you arrive prior to check in or if you stay in the area pass checkout time. There is also a concierge in the clubhouse if you’d like to purchase park tickets. The condo was very clean and the rooms were simple and the decor was nice. “A Penthouse Pleasure - We found our 4th floor Penthouse Pleasure to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was very convenient to the convention center in which we were attending an international conference. Shopping was equally handy and we found a great Diner just around the block (breakfast & lunch). The pool was lovely and although the nearby lake was not accessible to my fisherman husband, it was still lovely to look at. I appreciated the elevator, not only for unpacking & packing to go home but also for general convenience since I was in a walking boot for a broken foot. Our unit was handicapped equipped which was also greatly appreciated. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we are reporting to management but all quite fixable. One note, the television is a challenge! Finally, we accidentally left two items behind and the management has helped us retrieve those items, many thanks!”

“Very nice rental - Casiola Penthouse Pleasure is a very nice condo with all of the amenities a busy family expected. It is clear it is well used - the carpet is well trodden, worn in places. We replaced a majority of the outlet covers just in case they were not covered as our children are still curious about them and the deadbolt on the front door needed strong pushes to lock properly. Yet, we enjoyed the condo, the space for us to play, relax, and be together as a family. It is within walking distance to a supermarket, the Orlando Convention Center and other interesting points of destination. Thank you for everything.”

Check In was a litle difficult due to the adress inside a condo, so Waze App was very confusing, in adittion the number of the apartment was difficult to find, you could improve this just with a little map of the complex and improving your check in mail, instructions, timming and codes was very clear and profesional. Finally you can improve the service justo putting as amenity a little salt, sugar and sweetener, things that are imposible to find for just a few days of stay. Overall an excellent option, I would repeat it!!”

It came fully equipped with dishes, towels, sheets, washer/dryer...i could go on and on. It was so easy to stay because of everything that was provided. The couch and beds were all cozy and clean, and even had access to a balcony with two chairs and a table. The pool was amazing, the kids enjoyed every minute of it, while mommy and daddy enjoyed sipping a couple frozen drinks by the poolside which was provided by their outdoor bar! I have to say the condo is centrally located to many of Orlando's theme parks. We drove ten minutes down the road and went to SeaWorld Aquatica! I highly recommend staying at this condo and would do so again in future travels to Orlando!”

A cozinha tem todos os equipamentos e utensílios necessários para uma refeição em casa com a família. Quando chegamos o apartamento estava completamente organizado e limpo. É bem silencioso, não tivemos incômodo com vizinhos. O condomínio tem uma estrutura excelente com pista de corrida, academia, piscina, salão de jogos. Meu filho de 11 anos adorou. O melhor é que fica perto de tudo! Nossa experiência foi muito boa, foi o melhor lugar que já ficamos em Orlando.”

“Loved this place - First time ever staying at a resort, me and my family absolutly loved it. The only issued I have to report is the heavy mirror in the kids room, it fell down to the ground during the night, this was not very secure to the wall. ”

“Florida Business Trip - We were very happy with the "Penthouse Pleasure" rental. My husband is handicapped and in a wheelchair sometimes. This unit was very spacious and had a handicap shower in the master bedroom. We would definetly recommend Casiola Vacation Homes to family and friends. The pool and clubhouse are very, very nice. Our stay was much nicer than staying in a hotel.”
