The year we made new traditions
One of the most heartwarming highlights of 2024 was the creation of Casiola Kids Days, a tradition that began as a simple way to help our team during school breaks and quickly grew into something truly special. With the incredible guidance and creativity of our Happy Manager, Liliana, these days transformed our office into a lively, joyful space where kids could laugh, play, and even get a glimpse into their parents’ work life.
From dance-offs and impromptu games to helping with small office tasks (and enjoying plenty of snacks!), the kids brought a unique energy that brightened everyone’s day. Parents loved the ease of balancing work and family, while the kids cherished the chance to connect with others and feel part of the Casiola family.

This April, we paused our busy schedules to witness a truly extraordinary event: the 2024 solar eclipse. This wasn’t just any eclipse—it was a rare annular eclipse, often called a “ring of fire,” where the moon passes directly in front of the sun, leaving a brilliant ring of light visible in the sky. For many of us, it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to marvel at the wonders of our universe.
