“The location was great not to far from Universal which is why we were in town. The Townhouse was close to the club house and basketball courts which was perfect. The layout was great for us and every room had a bathroom. The check in process and the emails we received was probably the best experience we’ve ever had and we rent vacation rentals 4-5 times a year. The emails list all the amenities and items the property offered and also a list of what to bring I beyond appreciated that. With all that being said the property could use some love it is a little bit run down in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and a little bit of updating also the couch’s could use a cleaning but overall we really did enjoy our stay.”

“Beautiful home, cleaning issues - We booked this home for a team retreat and it was beautiful. We did have issues with cleaning-- the upstairs king sized bed had a dirty sock left in it, which makes us seriously doubt that its sheets were changed before we checked in. Also, all the towels had hairs and particles (including insect legs) on them. It's a beautiful property, but the people that clean the linens are clearly not being held accountable. Also, there were very few cooking supplies. There wasn't even a spatula to sauté things with.”

“We had a great time at this property. There were a few issues with linens- we found a dirty sock in one of the beds, and some insect parts and hairs in the towels. I think there are some issues with laundry and cleaning but overall the property is quite nice. Also, kitchen was not stocked adequately for cooking your own dinners. They had no oil, foil, plastic wrap, or even a spatula for cooking/flipping in a pan. Not a deal breaker but something that could improve.”

“Beautiful Home - We stayed at Casiola Homes this pass July (2021) we had 4 teens and 2 adults. The House is not new, but clean. the stair carpets was a bit old, maybe a suggestion to change to hardwood so looks better. Lots and lots of stairs 🙂 the Mattress downstairs bedroom needs to be changed, there is a hole on one of the sides. Overall the house was great, we would stay there again if time comes. Very close to the parks, restaurants and shops. ”

“Great home-LOTS OF STAIRS! - This place was awesome, great location, very clean. The carpets on the 3rd floor were a bit worn, but a very well-kept home. PLEASE be aware, on the first floor is one bedrooom and bathroom, the second floor kitchen, living room and bathroom, third floor two more bathrooms and bedrooms. It is VERY spread out, not very good for a family with small kids. THE FREE package of OREOS left on the counter was AWESOME! Thanks!”

“First of all this home is Beautiful Dennis has it very organized and clean. It is located in a gated community. There is one parking directly infront of the property so if you have more guests they will have to park on the street. This is a 3 story home which I did not mind. When we arrived Dennis left a pack of Oreo cookies for the kids as a welcome. The kitchen was fully equiped with everything necessary to cook. Also, if you have kids Dennis provides complementary high chair, play pen and stroller. And if you don't want to leave with dirty clothes you can use the washer and dryer inside the home. We stayed here because we needed a place to stay for our trip to disney and to us this was perfect. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom was around 20 min away. I recommend, This is the place for you.”

“Would rent again - This condo is just as in the pictures. The unit is in a good location within the complex - not too far of a walk to the pool and clubhouse. Everything was very clean with the exception of a chunk of toothpaste stuck to the wall of the downstairs bathroom. We did deal with some ants in the upstairs bathrooms and kitchen, but not bad enough to call maintenance. It was nice to have a Walgreens, Publix and a few food places within walking distance or short drive. I would not say it’s walking distance to the conference center, especially in August. The kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies, and there were plenty of towels, both bath and pool towels. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom could definitely be replaced. But the other two bedrooms seemed to be alright. The rental company was very easy to deal with and gave excellent information and easy to understand directions. Overall it was a very comfortable and clean rental in a great location. We would rent this unit again, as well as others in the complex. The whole facility was very nice, clean and well taken care of. ”

“Wonderful AirBNB! Tons of space for the whole family! I loved the full kitchen and big bathrooms. Definitely the perfect place for a family vacation in Orlando. It was walking distance from the Orlando convention center and Publix. Super convenient. The community center with the pool was great. Lots of fun music and with a bartender. We enjoyed walking / roller blading on the lake trail. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Orlando.”

“Amazing Unit! - We stayed in Unit 93 in Orlando in Vista Cay Resort. It was amazing. The staff was very responsive when we needed them. The unit was clean when we arrived there and spacious. “Loved this place! - We had a great time in this rental property. We never had time to go to the pool or the common areas. We used the condo for sleeping and dinners. We spent our days at Sea World, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove. The condo was large and comfortable. It perfectly accommodated my husband and I, our two kids, and my parents who accompanied us. The rate was reasonable. The property was clean and spacious. I particularly liked that one bedroom was on the bottom floor and the other two were on the top floor and the common kitchen/living room were in the middle floor. It was easy for my parents to sleep and find quiet while we stayed up later on the top floor. ”

“The condo is amazing and perfectly fit our needs. It was spacious and very quiet. Its location was in the center of everything we wanted to do in orlando. Check in was a breeze. All the communication we had with Dennis was very quick. The entire place was very clean. I can honestly not find one thing that wasn't perfect. The location is very good also. We rented a car since we wanted to drive outside or Orlando but when we used UBER it was only 6-8 dollars for the south convention hall. The other convention halls were all walking distance. Walgreens is a 2 minute walk from the complex and the Publix shopping center was a 5 min walk. It was the best vacation my family ever took largely in part to the ease of booking and nice location. If you get a chance snag this property for your next trip you won't be disappointed. And thanks again Dennis for helping make this dream vacation happen!”

“It was Ok not great. - Overall it was a nice place, but the upstairs bed was broken. The outside trash wasn't emptied from the time I got there until I made a call. I had to call them 3-4 time. The person who answered the phone was very nice. Close to the convention center, and easy access to the major roadways. I would have expected to have the bed fixed or moved to another vacation home.”

“Clean, efficent and close to everything - We had a group of 6 in Orlando for the PGA Merchandise Show which was at the Orange County Convention Center. The condo was clean and had great updates. The bedroom in the basement with it's own bathroom was a HUGE plus over other condos that we have stayed at in Vista Cay. Also the bedroom with two FULL size beds was a big help. (other properties usually only had two twin beds) The company was easy to work for by sending and responding to email on a timely basis. We will be back next year and hopefully we can stay in the same unit.”

“We were a party of 6 and visiting Orlando for our daughters' soccer tournament/showcase. The location was terrific as it was close to both Universal and Disney parks. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. The only challenge was if you had more than one car, you may have to park the second car further away as the driveway really only fit one car and the parking nearby may fill up if it is a busy time during your stay. With regards to Dennis, he was terrific and VERY responsive to all my inquiries. It was an efficient and hassle free prices to book this property...thanks Dennis!!!”
