“Very nice place. Our only complaint was the bedroom configuration, as described online, did not match the actual configuration. One of the BRs was described as having 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. In actuality there are only 2 Twin beds. That’s a meaningful miss. Also, the “Sofa Bed” is just a sofa. I’m not sure why it would be described as a sofa bed. Otherwise the unit was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. For the OC Convention Center it is excellently located.”

Close by is a Publix and a Walgreens for groceries etc. Host replied quickly when we had questions. Pool/hot tub and bar area well maintained. Grounds well kept. We have stayed in Florida multiple times at a variety of places but the Vista Cay Establishment is by far our favourite. This is our third time staying in the resort. Location truly can not be beat. “A fantastic apartment but rude host - It's a little difficult to work out which entrance to Vista Cay to use and finding the rental but once in it's a fantastic property. Clean, great amenities close to places we needed to be. Overall very pleased. Only downside was the constant emails leading up to travel trying to sell so many things and extras and also the curt way email correspondence with the host was handled. We had actually contacted the host as, due to car trouble we were going to be 10 to 15mins late leaving the appartment. We actually thanked the host in the message and said we'd love to book again next year. The answer was simply, get out now or you will be charged! We are a golf travel company and would never have my clients spoken to in such a way. Left a real sourt taste after a fantastic experience. Shame”

“Wonderful place but disappointing service - The vacation rental itself was a wonderful place. Very close to all the excitement and spacious for my group of friends. Minor crumbs in between the couches and chairs, but overall very clean with great group truly enjoyed our stay minus one problem. When we got to the rental there was no internet available. We contacted the host and the available phone number provided for assistance. We were told there was nothing that could be done at that time and that someone would come the next morning to fix the problem. We suggested using a wifi that was close to our room and just needed a password to use it and was told they couldn't. Next day comes and no one came to fix it. No internet through out whole stay. It was pertinent because we had guests that needed to use it for school and work. We tried to go to the club house and told it was going to open at 9 but never did. It was a stranger that passed by that allowed us to use the wifi because they knew how much we needed it. The host never responded to my messages and the problem was never fixed.”

“GREAT LOCATION! The check in was very easy and the host was quick to respond. The house was simply beautiful and fit my group of 7 perfectly. The house was clean and even provided us with a welcome snack! Each room has built in USB ports on the side tables which was a great touch. Bring your own bathroom essentials, only small amount provided. The location was very close to restaurants and theme parks which was very convenient! The only drawback was the internet was not working. When we tried to contact someone about the problem it was never fixed. The issue was never resolved throughout our stay and the host never contacted me back.”

“This is very stylish and a good amount of space for a family to stay in. We didn’t have a chance to check out the on-site amenities as we were pretty highly scheduled so I can’t speak to those. The King and Queen beds were pretty uncomfortable. I hardly slept the first night so we went and bought 2” mattress memory foam to put on both of those. They didn’t make it perfect, but it was much more comfortable for the rest of the stay. We left them (obviously) so hopefully they will help make your stay more comfortable!”

“Great place to stay in Orlando, especially for convention go-ers, right behind the Orange County Convention Center. It was also very convenient to the Rosen Shingle Creek where my son was attending a conference. No traffic problems in this area. The unit was great, just as it looked in the pictures, immaculately clean and all rooms a very generous size. I think most of the buildings were full but it was also very quite, no noise or partiers. It was also convenient to very nice shopping a many restaurants, again without the traffic you see further north on I-Drive. I would definitely stay at this place again if in the area again.”

“Overall good experience - Experience was good except the unit has a lot of ants, we actually thought they were small spiders in the beginning! I emailed Dennis to ask for some ant traps. I understand that he may not be able to provide but would appreciate if he can acknowledge my email but I receive no response at all! Other than that, really hard to work the stove because all the markings of the knobs were gone. Also, the house phone was not working (battery on phone not able to be charged), and the entrance light burnt out and 1 dining chair was broken which I had notified Dennis on the first day. You may also want to consider replacing the Queen size bed.”

“We went to Orlando for my sons basketball tournament and the location was great. It slept 7 of us very comfortable and the decor was really nice. We loved the amenities as well and took full advantage. The check in process was also easy and Dennis was responsive. The biggest complaint we had was the ant problem. They were crawling on our belongings, on us in our sleep and we couldn’t eat comfortably without dodging them. The countertops are black so it’s initially hard to see but they’re there. There were ants in every room including the bathrooms and especially the master bedroom. I reached out to Dennis, sent him a pic and he offered to have someone come out and treat the problem but it was challenging to find a convenient time for them to come so it went untreated. I asked Dennis if I could be compensated or receive a credit for the inconvenience but unfortunately he was unable to do anything. He mentioned ants are a common in the Orlando heat; however I’ve been to Orlando several times and had no issues with ants during prior stays. You also need to be prepared to bring extra tissue and paper towels. There are also no cleaning products so bring a few things before you come. I appreciate Dennis hosting us and if he gets the ant problem treated I would recommend staying there. If you do decide to stay, make sure you insist that the ant problem be treated and get something in writing on receiving a credit if you experience problems.”

“Perfect for Convention or Disney - Our group of 4 adults were exhibitors at an Expo at the OCCC South and this was the perfect place to stay. Drive to OCCC was less than 3 minutes or we could walk in 10 minutes. The Disney touches made us feel like we were staying on Disney property. “Feb 2016 at Dreams Come True - I can't say enough good things about the ease of check in and check out at this property. It was nice to be able to just punch in our door code after all long day of travel and sight seeing and be 'in' versus having to go to an office to 'check in' and get the condo keys etc. Also, the weeks leading to our trip the owners/property company were very good at communication and answering my questions. This unit seems to be used heavily and some of the furniture and kitchen show alot of wear (i.e. a missing panel of cabinet below the sink). But the unit was clean and met our needs perfectly because we were on the go alot...if we were staying to vacation there and relax, I might choose another condo that had more luxuries and comforts. Also, kitchen was missing a spatula and low on dishes...coffee mugs and regular glasses. And, the bathrooms etc were clean but the dishes, silverware and placements and table were not clean. Had to wash things down quick when we got there. ”

“A Dream Staycation - The "Dreams Come True" vacation rental was exquisite. It was well equipped with the necessary items (ie, plates, glasses)and well maintained. The old saying "location is everything" applies to this rental property, close to everything yet away from everything. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and will rent again. “Awesome - Loved the location and staff was very helpful ,they brought us extra beach towels and serviced the garburaotor as soon as it broke.The condo was very spacious. Not a fan of carpeting , especially the dirty area rug underneath the dining room table . the corners were curled up and I tripped over it a few times. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay . The condo and the gardens were well taken care of. Truly enjoyed the walking trail.”

“Our stay at Casiola Vacation Park. - The apartment was huge and nicely decorated. However, the beds were rock hard and the bedlinnen polyester. Other than that, we were very happy with the apartment and the park. The kids enjoyed the pool and there is a Walgreens at the park.”
