“This is our second time staying at this condo, and it continues to impress with its spaciousness. The location is excellent, situated near the convention center, which is perfect for business travelers or event attendees. One of the best features is the convenience of having a Publix supermarket and several eateries just across the street, all within easy walking distance. Dennis is consistently a great host. We’ve had the pleasure of staying at several of his properties, and they are all very well managed. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the stay. We would definitely choose to stay here or at any of Dennis’s other properties again. The combination of a roomy condo, prime location, and excellent management makes for a truly enjoyable experience.”

“The property was in a great location for what we were planning in Orlando to do. About a 10-15 minute drive to Universal Studios without having to get onto the highway:) The condo was very spacious and a nice view of the lake from the porch. I was a little disappointed on the metal utensils that were available for our use. It\'s hard to flip eggs with a metal specula. Spend $10 to get one that works. Besides the utensils, I would suggest you spend $1.45 to buy a small bottle of Dawn dish detergent for your visitors to use along with liquid hand soap. I know the little kit that was provided for our kitchen use might be nice, but the dish detergent sucks in that kit!!! For the amount of money you spend to at this place, I think you can provide a little more for your customers so they don\'t need to buy these things when they get there. Finally we did have an issue with the Fridge\'s water dispenser, but that was taken care of quickly:) Besides the minor little things, we enjoyed out stay.”

“Loved the pool areas with pool table and foosball. We also loved the walking trail around the lake and the ease of parking. The grocery store across the street was convenient. We would have enjoyed being able to bring our own beverages down by the pool. The unit we stayed in the tub did not drain and the floors could have been cleaned better. The beds were also on the uncomfortable side. The size of the unit was great and we loved the patio area. The kitchen could have supplied a few more dishes that weren\'t breakable.”

“We love the home and the location. Two things that could be improved upon are the knobs on the oven. You couldn’t read around them and where they were located so we had a hard time cooking on top of the stove. Also, maybe having extra blankets for the beds. “Overall, a good place to stay. A issue we had that was unresolved is that the MBR king bed matress had a large depression (completely compressed) on the left sleeping area and it also had no box spring like the other beds in the unit. Very Uncomfortable. I called about 10am the first morning and again around 2pm before getting a callback to clarify the issue. No other action or phone call happened. We checked out the next day. I am disappointed that the issue happened and in the inability for the issue to be resolved.”

“Great spot! We had a problem and it was addressed in the same day. We would have liked to recycle a couple of items and did not find recycling facility. The location is great for convention center access, Walt Disney World, shopping, dining. The kitchen was stocked with mostly everything for cooking. The only missing item was facial tissue. The pools is great. The path around the lake is perfect for walking or daily run. ”

“Just perfect! - Took my family of 6 on vacation to Orlando. This rental was in the heart of Orlando and so close to so many attractions. The rental was beautifully maintained. Loved that it was gated. Everything was in beautiful condition and there was so much room for all of us. The rental was simply decorated and clean. WE had a beautiful view of a lake on our varanda and the pool was super close to our room. Can't say enough good things about this place. The only complaint was they only give you one set of towels per person and when I asked for more they said you just launder them an reuse. No big deal but I'm on vacation and didn't really want to do extra laundry. Lol.”

“We arrived late at night to find out that they messed up our booking and already had someone in the condo we were suppose to stay at. The team was very communicative and moved us (with 16 month old) to another condo in the same complex only to find out it was not equipped with a pack-n-play. “Beautiful place! Great location right next to I drive, convention center, and attractions. Bigger than I thought with an amazing master bathroom. The beds (at least master bed) was not comfortable in my opinion, both of our backs hurt and the house was really quiet and echoed throughout because there is no carpet so you can hear EVERYTHING lol. Mystery stain on decor pillow and clogged sink in master bedroom. Honestly, I would book it again though, it really was a nice place!!!”

“The location for this air bnb was great, but unfortunately there were many things that made this stay simply disappointing. For starters, our fridge did not work, and though apparently Dennis sent someone to fix it while we were gone, the fridge continued to not work and as a result we lost food that we had purchased for this trip. Also, there were no pans for cooking though Dennis said that there were. Also, he only provided 2 rolls of cheap toilet paper for both bathrooms, even though it is a place where 12 people can stay. We stayed for one night (2 days), and our last day there we had already run out of toilet paper. He also only provided 1 roll of kitchen paper that also did not last. There were absolutely no cleaning supplies except a little bit of dish soap and laundry detergent. All air bnbs where I've stayed have provided other BASIC amenities like lysol/disinfecting spray and salt, pepper, and canola oil. Though the location was great and the place big and clean, the lack of basic amenities made our stay difficult to enjoy. The stove also had a difficult time heating up. It was not what I was expecting, and I don't think Dennis was very clear in his description of what is provided at this air bnb. ”

“Great stay - The condo was great. There were 7 of us that stayed here and there was plenty of room. The condo overlooked the lake and it was an end unit, which was nice. Walking distance to Publix, NYPD pizza (which is great), a liquor store and a couple of other restaurants. Bring your own paper towels, extra toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and I brought pump soap. If you want to do laundry bring detergent. We stocked the fridge and enjoyed the veranda and lake. Location is approximately 25 minutes from Camping World Stadium and 25 minutes from Disney Springs. Our only downside was that we could not bring our own alcohol to the pool because there is a bar at the pool and they of course want you to drink their alcohol. Just a small snafu for my crew, but may not be an issue for families staying there. Overall it was clean, roomy and decorated nicely. Our property management company was very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the weekend. Would recommend this property to a friend or relative. ”

“Wonderful Stay, but a Few Items Need Work - Overall we thought the condo was spacious, great location to all of Orlando's parks, and pool / clubhouse were fantastic. The staff we met onsite were extremely friendly and helpful even though we were unable to check-in early. All guests were friendly and fun atmosphere all around. Here are the items we thought could have been better... * The beds were extremely uncomfortable making for poor nights of rest * Half of the dining room chairs were unusable as legs were loose and needed tightening, no tools in condo * Condo floors were dirty, socks and soles of feet became dark after only a few hours of walking around * Vacuuming in bedrooms and main room was spotty at best as hair and other items were still prevalent. ”

“I rented this place as home base for my group of girlfriends on our vacation to Harry Potter world. We were cautiously optimistic based on the photos and reviews and were very pleased to find the home did meet all the expectations based on those standards! The location was even more convenient than we realized, and we were very comfortable there. It was definitely everything we needed! We loved the pool and we are so close to all the Orlando attractions. Publix was an easy walk away as well as other restaurants. Let's get on to Dennis... He was wonderful. He is quick to respond and was able to easily handle a last minute reservation request because of user error on my part :D. It was very easy to work with him and I think that is what all of us want: ease of doing business with a person. Especially for a vacation. Now onto to us - my family - Since I had to leave very early in the morning, I'm hoping my family left everything in a beautiful state. There was one clean freak left till the end, so hopefully he dictated that the house was left in order. (Crossing my fingers) I cannot recommend Dennis and this vacation home more. “Just returned from amazing vacation in Orlando. Beautiful weather and great theme parks. Condo was clean, large, and all furniture was top quality. More than enough room for a large family and in a great location. In prior visits to Orlando we have always stayed at Disney properties but found this specific condo location (Vista Cay) as a great alternative if you have a car available. The condos have a nice pool and is centrally located near all the parks we visited (Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, SeaWorld). We did however have an issue with this specific condo. After the second day we ran into issues with small ants in the master bedroom and bathroom. The management was responsive in trying to resolve issue but after a couple attempts and days the problem was better but was not fully remedied. Florida is known for bugs and being on the ground floor did not help. If it wasn't for this ant problem I would have given this condo experience 5 stars; however I'm only giving it 2 stars. My wife was very upset over seeing the ants in our bedroom and I had to cleanup ants nightly before going to bed. ”
