There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and on the floorboards. Almost all the dishes were dirty to some extent. Dusty, obvious stains, crumbs, etc. Pictures were accurate! Would stay there again just hopefully with some better cleaning!”

  • “This was a stay for 3-4 employees over a week, I booked the trip but never saw the location. There was some confusion on booking when I had to fill out their paperwork (for confirming over 21) for the management company and the checkbox of accepting terms & conditions. It had seemed to imply there were additional charges for a mandatory travel insurance. After conversation with host, it was discovered that it was INCLUDED in what is already paid. Also, they send the check-in details under the management company and not via Airbnb. This is fine but it is another layer of potential confusion if you are searching emails or looking in the app under airbnb . The crew did not have any complaints once we found the check-in email and I sent it to them. In hindsight, I would have added their emails to the age paperwork so they would have already received the external email. The host was quick to reply and those were the only stumbles during the stay to my knowledge.”
