“This house was just perfect for our family of 9 and 2 little dogs. It\'s usually difficult to find a place that can accommodate us all. The master bedroom on the 1st floor was perfect for my elderly parents and my teenage nieces loved having the bunk room as their own space. The open living space was perfect for everyone to gather along with private pool area. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The starter kits in the kitchen were just the perfect amount for the long weekend we were there. Groceries stores and food options were all within a 5-minute drive. The neighborhood itself was safe and within a short driving distance to Disney and Universal parks. We needed early checkin and the response was quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again next time we\'re in Orlando!”

“We loved the place, but we have rental properties in Chicago, and noticed a few things that need attention. The washer was great-huge enough to do a big load, but the dryer needs some serious TLC: it makes a loud thumping noise when it runs any load, big or small. There were several chairs missing casters on the legs, making them uneven and rocky. Could have used extra blankets. There are carpet tacks on the floor in front of the threshhold of the bedroom nearest the pool on the first floor that I stepped on barefooted a few times-not pleasant. The bunk bed should be anchored with screws to the wall-the top bunk is pretty shaky. On the whole, a good place for a vacation. Dave and Sandy DeChant”

“Great stay here. The place was exactly as described and close to Disney. Pros: No crazy list of check out procedures Place was clean and fairly well stocked Open feeling Very comfortable bed 10-20 minutes to Disney with minimal traffic Target and Publix <5 minuets away Cons: Very close to community pool which can be loud Neighbors houses are very close and you will hear them when outside Only parking for 2 cars in the driveway. There is ample steeet parking though Overall I’d highly recommend this place and will book again when we come back. The host was very responsive and the house was great. I’d highly recommend staying here!”

“Loved the resort, communal amenities were excellent. Villa very nice with lots of space but let down a little by cleaning prior to our arrival. Nothing major superficially clean but vents etc hadn’t been cleaned, higher window ledge. Nothing that impacted on our stay negatively and cleaner came when we were there to fix this. Travel cot was not in a good condition but a new one delivered for us to use. There was a slight delay in this but it did arrive which we were grateful for. Paid for pool heat which was great and a perfect temperature for the children to play in in December. Did not use games room, actually forgot it was even there so unable to comment on this as children too young! Overall we had a great stay and would return to this complex.”

“We booked this house just over two years ago - while it was a good price for what was advertised and Dennis provided good responses pre arrival, there was a couple of issues upon arrival. At first, Dennis was very helpful and arranged to get a cleaner out asap due to cleanliness issues however once the cleaner arrived Dennis no longer replied to my message about further issues we had found around the house - unfortunately this message was never replied to by the time we checked out. While the Villa itself is a lovely house, great location and great amenities - without communication to fix issues found we felt it was just an ok stay - would stay again if there was clear communication and issues were fixed when notified.”

“The house had not been cleaned prior to arrival, beds were not made, confetti was all over the house, storage bins outside with trash still in them, gum stuck to door, and dirty lint tray on top of dryer. Notified management company, who did not seem to care about these issues and could not provide a timeline as to when the issues would be resolved, and they sent a repairman to the home, who spoke no english. After limited communication with him via google translate he said that he could not clean the home as he was with maintenance and had other homes to do repairs for. Called airbnb, sent photos, and the reservation was cancelled and ended up staying in a hotel. I have never had an experience like this with airbnb in the past but am very skeptical about using airbnb in the future after this very negative experience.”

“Excellent Location - This modern, open concept home is located close to Disney, grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, etc. This home is great for large families because all the rooms are spacious and every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The house also has an excellent heated pool. It is a small pool but perfect for a dip. There is a waterpark right outside of the house for families to visit. The property is in a safe area as there is a gate to enter the community. There is also plenty of parking. The reason for the low rating is the series of unfortunate events we experienced. We did not have Wi-Fi until Day 3 of our stay. A couple of our family members planned to work remotely from the home but they were unable to because there was no Wi-Fi available until the weekend. This was a huge inconvenience. The property management company responded to our inquiry for fixing the Wi-Fi but it was ultimately fixed based on the cable/internet companies availability. The other unfortunate situation was the cockroaches. We saw a live cockroach in the downstairs bedroom on the first night. Then upon further inspection the following day, we saw multiple under the kitchen sink. We were ready to pack up and leave. The property management team had an exterminator come. We did see cockroaches a couple more times. I have never ever stayed in a home or hotel that had roaches. This was absolutely disgusting and stressful. We all kept our luggage packed up so that we wouldn't bring them home. I would not recommend this property to a friend until the cockroaches are eliminated. ”

“Beautiful home, fantastic experience. - We had a wonderful stay at the home. It had a great layout, all the necessary amenities and felt like we were staying in a brand new home. The community had a resort style pool area and so you didn't feel like you were staying at a home, but rather a resort. The house is the 2nd one in from the resort so you could walk there. We loved the pool and spa that we had at the house, it was a great way to end the day. We will definitely be returning.”

“The house was in spectacular condition. It was very spacious and clean and made us feel like we were at home for the week that we stayed there. The pool was outstanding and the community center was like being at a resort. We were incredibly close to Disney. Most days it took us less than 15 minutes to get to and from all the parks. We have been doing this for over 15 years and by far this was our favorite experience. Dennis runs a first class organization.”

“Nice little getaway - I really enjoyed our stay. The rental property was beautiful and decorated very modern. I will say the pool appeared bigger than what it actually was in the photos as it only went to 5 feet. And we paid for pool heat for our 3 day weekend, but the heat is not activated until arrival so the first night the pool was cold. However the kids still enjoyed. The house could use some touch up paint in some areas. But overall everything was good! The beds were super comfortable & the house was stocked with normal things you would need. I would definitely stay again.”

“Excellent home for Family - This house was amazing for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom affording space to relax alone or together. The pool and hot tub were so handy and clean. “This is a fantastic property. Excellent value and great amenities on the property. It is close to WDW (15-20" depending on which location). It was close enough but far enough to get away from the WDW cocoon. Dennis was a great host and responded quickly to every question, even on week-ends and holidays. The main pool area was walking distance with a great heated pool/ lazy pool and jacuzzi. We traveled with another family with 4 kids. Great property!”

“I personally would not recommend anyone to stay here . We rented this place on June 4-7 the air conditioning didn’t work my 80 year old Mom had to deal with these conditions. They worked on it 3 times before they got it fixed. The property Manager Samantha was nasty and rude as if she was paying me to stay there. So I wouldn’t want anyone to endure what my family and I went through. A hot mess!!!!”

“Loved it! - This home was perfect for our group. Very spacious. Plenty of room. Beautiful and in great condition. Clean! Two Publix stores and lots of restaurants within 2 miles. Only two minor issues. 1. Security passes for the gates never did work, so we had to beg someone to let us in each time. 2. We had 4 cars (people traveling different days from different places). Only 2 parking spots. There was parallel parking across the street and parking at the club house not far away, so it worked out okay. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!”

“Storey Lake stay - My family and i enjoyed our stay at Storey Lake Resort. The only issue we had was, we paid 25 dollars per day to have the hot tub and pool heated. We arrived on Monday and didn't have a heated hot tub until Thursday. I called twice and have 2 different techs at the house. They did resolve our issue i just thought it would have been nice to receive a follow up phone call to see if our issues we resolved. We paid 125.00 dollars to have a heated hot tub for 2 days. ”
