“Familie frå Norge - 7 vaksne og 2 små barn budde 13 døgn jul og nyttår 2024/25. Flott hus med alt av utstyr og bekvemmeligheter. Alt med huset og plassen får terningkast 5,5. Rask og effektiv hjelp av Dennis når vi lurte på noko. Vi hadde eit problem med kjøkkenkverna som raskt vart fiksa. Dessverre trekk dette ned scoren: Fann 5 døde kakerlakker når vi kom og litt rusk og rask på golvet og rusk i basseng. (Fekk tilbod om ekstra vask og bassenget vart rensa dagen etter). Det mangla i beskrivelsen at ikkje sengkle til barneseng er inkludert. Køyseng som er vist i beskrivelsen mangla så 4 åringen vart skuffa. Det mangla steikeplater til steikeovnen så vi fekk ikkje steikt kalkun som vi hadde tenkt. Merk at du må kjøpe gass sjølv dersom du skal grille. Vi hadde bestilt og betalt ca kr 6000 for oppvarma basseng, men bassenget var kun varmt totalt 4 av 13 dagar. Dennis lova oss å ordne dette mange ganger/dager. Vi har bedd om kompensasjon, men veit ikkje kor det går enno......”

“Everything was as described and as photos showed. There was even a Starbucks coffee packet to brew a pot for the first morning there. Also little toiletries in the bathrooms. It’s a perfect location for visiting Disney world. The only thing was there was only one towel per bed and we stayed 5 nights. And there was no pizza pan. Other than that everything was great! Would definitely stay again!”

“Everything was as pictured and described. Love the location, pool and spa. The outdoor living area was awesome. You could improve in cleanliness by making sure the oven is properly cleaned. There wasn’t a pizza pan for us to use. The spa was great but the pool never really got warm. More towels in the bathrooms would be nice too. Other than that everything was awesome. We would stay again. ”

“Our family of 7 just stayed at 8119 sun palm drive for 14 nights and had a great stay . Dennis was a great host , very responsive and pro active to any queries or anything we raised with him. The resort is a private gated community with 24/7 security and was lovely and peaceful , Walmart 4 minute drive away along with other local amenity’s along the 192 road. Great location for Disney parks , door to door 15 minutes maximum , great location for anyone who is looking to do all the Disneys parks. Orlando and universal studios 30 minutes away. The location of the house is Easy access to anywhere. Only minor issue we had was not receiving the email with check in code for the property , which was probably down to an automated software system , so just make sure you receive the check in code before arrival to property , never the less Dennis was on hand late at night upon our arrival and got us in after around 15 minutes. Would stay here again if we was to revisit Disney world 👍🏻”

“We were looking for an elegant, clean and quiet property to unwind in after full days spent playing volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center. This property is a 20 out of 10. Exactly as described and so meticulously cared for and clean! I would buy this, home it was that beautiful. We paid for heating of the pool and it was spectacular. Backs up to a preserve and gave it a peaceful and private feel. The community extras were icing om the cake. We will definitely be back.”

“We showed up at exactly 4pm check in time and the cleaning people were still there so we drove around for a few until they left which was approximately 15mins. Once we got back there was a maintenance guy who said we could go in that he was fixing a sink. He was very nice. He mentioned to us the disposal did not work which wasn’t a big deal. The master bathroom toilet made noises throughout the entire stay my husband kept adjusting with it to fix. Other than that everything was great!”

“The house is really nice. It is as described. It was clean, but there was several things where the rental company first of all when we booked the listing I requested early check-in they excepted, and after they excepted, which they did not wanna give me a refund they wanted to charge extra for an early check-in instead of asking me if I wanted to pay extra before hand, they ended up waving at the early check-in fee but then I had to wait at the gate for them to put my name on the list and then there happen to be roaches at the place and then one of the nights that we came back from Disney the lock run out of battery, the air conditioner at the garage leaked water and they happen to take care of all the issues but I just think that as a big company that they charge extra for them to be managing it’s things that they should’ve checked before they have people staying there. The mattresses are extra firm and they will not cancel your stay, for any reason I was not able to rest comfortably on those mattresses since I don’t sleep on those and in my experience with Airbnb and staying out of places which has been quite a bit I have never been in a place where they use extra for mattresses like that no one will say bro have a good night rest after going to Disney all day long”

“Where do I start?…..I will let you know if Cleanliness is something that is important to you then this house is NOT IT. This house is a nice looking house from a far but the upkeep and sanitary conditions were the complete opposite. It was pretty disgusting actually. Immediately upon walking in we noticed the walls in the kitchen were stained and dirty, Then we noticed the couches in the living room area were also stained and dirty. There were layers of dust everywhere. We went to open the blinds for the window in the dining room area and the window was covered with algae. The patio furniture cushions were filthy and full of mold. It looks like they have never been washed. Then we realized animal feces All underneath the patio table and around the pool. The outdoor grill was missing a knob and one of the grill tools had dry food stuck to it from whoever last used it. My master bath had a huge hole in the wall and one of the sinks partly detached from the wall and ready to fall. My daughter refused to sleep in the room we had picked out for her because she found brown stains in the bedsheets. The carpet, in one of the rooms upstairs, was full of brown spots and stains. We were done at that point. I immediately contacted the host Dennis and also Air B&B resolutions department. Intold them the situation and requested a refund so we can just leave and go elsewhere to be able to enjoy our vacation, but I told the host have to be given 24hrs to rectify whatever the problem then if he/ or she is unable to then we can proceed with a refund. The next day, the host sent someone to house, while we were at the community pool for about an hr, and they just came and cleaned the one grill tool and swept the animal feces and left everything else. I contacted Dennis again to let him know not much of anything was done and he replied saying he still had 24hrs to rectify the rest of the issues. No one ever came back to do anything. To make matters worst, I found roaches crawling on my master bath sink and mouse droppings in the game room area. We went to wash our clothes and found out the washing machine doesn’t work. It was a nightmare. This is still a situation I’m taking up with Air B&B, having paid all that money we paid, we really could not enjoy the place and our stay. Even more frustrating, is that there was not much of a concern for the host or Air B&B to make sure the issues were dealt with. So pls do yourself a favor, and stay AWAY from that house or any houses rented by Casiola or host Dennis.”

“Before you book, look up the rental property management company - “Casiola Vacation Homes”. Reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars and your stay will likely be a gamble on which experience you get. The properties do not seem well managed. We arrived to the home found the pool FILTHY and covered in algae. It would have been unsafe to swim in. It looks like it wasn’t maintained at all for over a week. We reached out to the host and were repeatedly told “24-48 more hours” until our stay ended. We never got to use the pool. As far as cleanliness, the home seems to be cleaned on the main areas but is not well inspected for thorough and deep cleaning. We found a bug on the bed (where other reviews mentioned finding bed bugs…). One of the rooms had a slow leak in the corner that will lead to mold/mildew if not addressed.”

“Great location. Super safe neighborhood with a great clubhouse just around the corner. The cleanliness was an issue. Dead bugs, hair, dust etc on the window sills and lower traffic areas. We got 5 pool towels for a family of 9 and requested more and were never given any. Pool area furniture was dated and mildewed and TONS of rodent feces under the table. The basics were very clean like floors, tables, and toilets but clearly no one has ever given it a deep clean or lifted a cushion to see what lurked beneath. The toilet closet in the master had gunk (i.e. some sort of bodily matter) splattered on the wall....again, no one bothered to clean anything but the basics. The grill gas lines under the grates were literally corroded and just spat out one giant flame out of the broken ends. I alerted the maintenance man who was there to turn the pool heat on and he just shrugged and no attempt was made to fix it for the next 5 days. This didn’t happen overnight and you would think they would maintain a key feature like a grill that people often use. This is run by a large rental company so good luck trying to get anyone on the phone...they don’t even give you a number to call. Responses were slow and you had to email. On a positive note, the house was well stocked and had a great layout and the pool was a decent size. The location was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney. We weren’t looking for perfection and expect some wear and tear from a high volume rental like this however the lack of response and difficulty addressing these issues would put me off from renting from another property maintained by this company.”

“We stayed in this home last year and loved it so much we re-booked for this year. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were much reduced. Despite the new COVID cleaning policy, the home was dirty with Cheeto crumbs on the dining chairs and a Poptart under the sofa. Next, we found rat droppings around the pool deck, under the grill and on the outdoor dining furniture. But by far the worst discovery was a BEDBUG we found the last morning when we were packing up. This required sealing our luggage for the drive home then washing/dry cleaning every item of clothing, steaming luggage--a huge chore to undertake after an 8 hour drive home. They did refund us a cleaning fee but it was small change compared to the unpleasantness of the experience. We did send photographs to the host to document these claims.”

“Starting off with the good, the house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Check in was easy and all directions were sent in a timely manner to my phone and I booked last minute. Now for the issues I had with this home. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The pool needed a clean before guests. The hot tub is not actually a hot tub its a spa which is a pool with jets this should be better explained. When I turned on the jets I figured the hot tub would heat up and it didn't. I called first thing in the morning and was told I needed to pay for pool heat a daily charge in order to use the hot tub. I figured a hot tub was suppose to be hot and I didn't need pool heat but I paid anyway and was told someone would be out to turn it on. We spent the entire day out and came back around 8pm and it was not even warm. I called and got after hours and was told that no one had come out and she is not sure why. I was also informed that "if" someone came out tomorrow it would also take 24 hours to be hot. Which means that it would be working on the day I checked out "maybe". I was told to call in the morning and I would get a refund. I did that and I am still waiting on my refund over a week later. Lastly, the pool table were missing half the pool balls, the controllers to the PlayStation were dead, and the darts needed replacing. The game room was not usable. We left a day early. So in all the home was beautiful and I told the company all of the issues so hopefully the issues were fixed and the next family can have an amazing trip.”

“This home was a great size for our family - The home was in great shape and beautiful de orated , the sliding glass door we had issues with for the first week and had to call Maintenace twice to come and fix. The bq was in rough shape but we were able to make it work — think it needs a good clean out. The mattresses must all be new and were a bit hard but again we were comfortable and got used of them Loved the location The pool was not heated until 3 rd day of our stay Overall great place and we would be interested in this place again for 3-1/2 weeks for March 2021 or if there is a six bedroom we would like to review The lounge chairs outside need new cushions and maybe a couple other chairs with high baits would be great to enjoy around the pool.. loved the large table for eating and playing board games”

“This house is in a perfect location for those traveling to Disney World! The parks are all easily accessed and it’s close to many stores and restaurants. The gated security entrance makes you feel extra safe. The pool clubhouse has a bar where you can order food (pizza was delicious) for delivery! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the house has great hide-n-seek options. ? The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend for families.”

“This Air B and B is very spacious and well presented and first and foremost in an excellent location. It feels very safe and secure as it is a gated complex with checks so is safe and secure for family’s renting the accommodation for their vacation. The villa is only about 6-7 mins away from a large supermarket, Walmart, which is great to pick up groceries from and even clothing and any last minute bits you left behind and it’s perfect if you need gas. Disney Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom are only half an hour away and we found getting an Uber the way forward and it was really easy to get. The villa is clean and spacious with plenty of room for everybody with clean linens and towels and we found it extremely handy to have a washer and dryer for cleaning our holiday clothes. Really impressed with the communication. We did have an issue whereby someone has left tin foil for some reason in the oven which was a bit of a hazard but we reported it and they got someone out very fast. Check in and out was so simple. I would say for the price it would be good if pool heat was included but that’s not really a negative but more just a recommendation. Overall great stay and excellent location”

“Pictures describe this house quite well. Very spacious, more than enough room for a family of 6 adults and a two-year-old. During our stay, we mostly took advantage of the pool and grill. The house also comes with a game room. Regarding location, is 20-25 minutes away from parks, outlets and 5-10 min or less to supermarkets. One recommendation though, bring kitchen essentials such as salt/pepper/sugar/coffee filters, etc. with you, if you plan to do some meals in the house. Unlike other US rentals, they don´t supply them ( at the house. They do supply toiletries and cleaning supplies for the kitchen/laundry. I recommend this house if you're looking for a place that suits both parks visiting/shopping, as well as laying back grilling by the pool with your family.”

“Location great close to all the Disney Resorts. Home is just like the photos. Beds are all very fim if you like a soft bed this is not the rental home for you. If you are planning on using the hot tub you need to pay the $25 per day to heat the pool. Otherwise the hot tub is a cold tub not as advertised. All extra charges will be in USD and not the currency that you booked with this is not stated in the add. Very poor selection of supplies so many items needed are just not are In this rental unit. This was are first and last AIr B & B experience we will go back to VBRO. Overall it made for a disappointing stay.”

“Our 2 week holiday home - This villa in Windsor Palms was a real home from home. It was clean, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and we felt very comfortable there. The location was amazing, beautiful outlook from the pool, very quiet and sheltered from the neighbours and only 10 minutes drive from the Disney Parks and 25 minutes to Universal, very easy access to Walmart and the 192. We would recommend this villa and Casiola’s care of us as guests. ”

“All I can say is WOW! The photos of this place really do not do it justice. We had THE most incredible stay at this property during our vacation in Orlando. The villa is located within a private gated community that has a central club house that has everything that you could possibly need. The house itself was impeccably presented, very stylish and well appointed. The games room was great and we managed to make good use of it with our late night pool games. Location wise the villa is perfect for Disney and just a 20 minute drive from Universal. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby with Walmart, Taco Bell, Wendy's, McDonalds all within a couple of miles. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando.”

“We booked this place months before our trip. It looks JUST like the pictures. Beautiful and CLEAN! It worked great for our combined families with the in-laws having the master bedroom. Plenty of room to be together...and apart. Only MINOR step changes into the house and out to the pool. My "walking but mobility-impaired" mother-in-law didn't have any problems. For those who like firm mattresses, you'll be in heaven. WiFi was amazing! With 5 teenagers and streaming movies, we didn't experience any lag. Seemed to have great coverage throughout the house. Good communication too. Had a couple of questions that were quickly answered. Loved the keyless door entry. Made it great for all.”

Don’t expect any kitchen supplies like condiments etc, it’s like a show home that nobody has ever lived in. Do not make the same mistake we did and only check out the club house on the last day. I wish I had known about the amenities there, a small grocery store that also sells beer and wine, a tiki bar at the pool, video games, a movie theater, gym and tennis courts. “My Birthday Girls' Weekend Getaway - It was wonderful! No hassles, any questions I had were answered in a timely, friendly manner. Easy checkin and the gate attendant was awesome;explained our entering and exiting procedures clearly and each we went out & returned, we were greeted with a smile and a wave. Made us feel very special! We had problem with the toilet seat in the master bedroom, but when called, it was fixed promptly. A couple of things we noticed were a dirty grill and cigarette butts and old wet cigarettes in the pool area. Really wanted to grill hamburgers outside, but unfortunately that was not done. Other than that, our stay was fantastic!!!!”
