THE SPACE: With 3 stories, space is no issue. Upon entering the home, you're welcomed by a cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The dining room table offers seating for 8 and extra seating for 3 located at the kitchen island. The large gourmet kitchen is equipped with beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space to prepare your favorite meals, snacks and cocktails!

Head out onto the patio and you'll find a beautiful lakeview that only gets better as you make your way through the home! A large outdoor dining table makes pool side dining a breeze! After cooling off in your own private pool, grab a chaise lounge chair and soak up the Florida sun. Spend an evening in the attached spa with your favorite cocktail and let your worries drift away.

Optional pool/spa heat is available for $35/day. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.

The 2nd floor offers a secondary master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower and your own private balcony with seating for 2 so you can enjoy that stunning lakeview.
