“Stayed here with my family there were 10 of us. Place was clean Dennis was always responsive when I had a question. Rooms were great house is so big and spacious with enough room for everyone. Location was great! Pool was amazing and amenities at resort were also great. You have no reason to leave location if you are there for a few days. I would highly recommend to anyone. 5 stars all around !”

“CHOOSE THIS HOME! We did not even realize how great this choice was when we booked it. There are many homes in this neighborhood and this one was perfect for us in size and bedrooms, plus the backyard view is wide open to a little pond and green space which felt special. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the resort pool etc and we parked 4 vehicles easily all week. The kitchen and living spaces were so spacious... even with 16 adults and one teenager hanging out! The beds are great and everything felt clean. Dennis was quick to respond when some minor concerns came up, and I'm sure someone would have come to remedy the issues if we had asked for an immediate solution. Although the neighborhood is busy with tourists, it always felt quiet and safe.”

“The management company and the communication were excellent. We jad a few minor issues that were immediately addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. The home is beautiful but needs either new carpet or a very deep cleaning. The area around the front door needs cleaning but overall the location and home were excellent. Very close to groceries, gas, Disney and the home is in a gated community. We would definitely use Casiola Homes again. ”

“House was nice with plenty of parking as we had multiple cars in our group. Definitely a good value and I would stay again if needed. I appreciate the fact that we had control over the climate. I’ve stayed in properties where you could not turn the AC down below a certain temperature.. great view at night of the water and rest of the community. Only downside is that the floors were not clean. Everyone took their shoes off at the front door., yet everyone ended up having black feet or dirty socks.”

“The property was great overall! We had plenty of space for all 13 of us, with extra bedroom space to spare. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the kids loved it! The check-in process was very simple and Dennis was great to communicate with. The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes/glasses etc. We loved our stay!! A couple very minor things, that did not hinder our stay at all: - No potholders in the kitchen anywhere - We didn\'t have any balls for the Skee-Ball game in the game room - The pool/hot tub tripped the breakers three times while we were there. It seems like maybe the circuit isn\'t big enough to have the pool lights on along with the timer for the hot tub (that was when they would trip) - We could only get about 1.5 burners working on the grill after we had purchased a new propane tank for it. Again, nothing major, but something someone might want to take a look it. This was our first experience with Casiola and we have a great time - thanks for helping make a great vacation even better!”

“This property was fantastic for our group of 13 (9 adults and 4 children)! We had plenty of space for everyone to have their own area. The game room was a big hit with the older kids! Everyone loved the pool and hot tub area as well, we spent hours in there each day! It was about a 10 minute walk to the one Clubhouse which had the water park and mini golf etc. There are no back neighbors at this house, which was a huge selling point for me when booking! Dennis was great at communicating, even as I was booking the morning we were going to be checking in!! Can't wait to make it back to the Orlando area and stay again!”

“We loved our stay. The house was massive, with plenty of space & bathrooms for the 5 families that travelled. The access to the house was relatively simple. Our only real complaint was that the air conditioning wasn\'t great during the daytime. Possibly due to the size of the house vs the A/C unit. “The house is definitely spacious! Lots of beds and space for a large family! Super comfortable beds! The house is tucked within a very large neighborhood of lined houses. It was a very grey and cookie cutter neighborhood. It was great to have the game room! Spacious and private, but the pool table definitely needed replaced or maintenance. The kitchen was very spacious and had a-lot of dishes! Which was great for a large group like ours. The dishwasher however wasn’t drying our dishes, and we had to wash and dry by hand. There are plenty of TVs in the house! Most of them worked fine! The theater “room” is on the second floor in the common space surrounded by the bedrooms. Unfortunately we could not get the screen to play or cast anything. The remotes were not labeled so keeping track of them was a bit of a chore. The hot tub was not actually hot. It did have timed jets. Overall we were satisfied for a large space to accommodate our large family group. I think we’d stay again!”

“2911 Fable Street Uninvited Guests - Overall my experience was good. We enjoyed the property and it's amenities. The location was perfect for where we went to and the kids enjoyed themselves. What we were unsatisfied with about the property was the amount of roaches that made their presence known. We seen an abundance in the Kitchen, Game room and a few in a couple of bedrooms. This did make us and the other people we vacationed with a bit disappointed, considering how nice the place looked. If a future booking is warranted, we hope that this issue would be addressed and resolved. ”

“Do not rent this house. Clean on the outter appearance, but Roaches on the inside,, mold, in the bathroom shower at the bottom, the water levels in the toilets are unsanitary and below health inspection codes. . Constant interruptions of maintenance coming inside the house to repair whatever conditions reported without any notice. Spent over $3000 and no cable work the entire week of our stay. The upstairs air conditioner went out. It was almost 100degrees inside the house for hours until the unmasked repair people come in to fix it and the carpets were soaking wet, and the the ceiling was leaking with residue from the air condition unit.Dennis is a con artist and refuse to even give one dollar Back for restitution. I reported this to Airbnb upon our return. And because they said I did not report this incident while I was there they left the decision up to the hose for payment ; so I was beat out of the payment for renting this house. This was my disabled sister birthday celebration week. My strong suggestion is if you want a great vacation this is not the home for you and your love ones. They wanted to have an company come out to spray insecticide‘s /Pesticides wow my family was inside of the house. If there is any incident with this home and you are already contracted with it my best suggestion is to you is ask for your money back now. The pictures of the lakes in all the water parks that appear in the advertisement is not even surrounding this development. I pray what happened to me and my family will never happen to you and yours. Best wishes to all”

“If there were a lower rating than one star, I would have chosen that option. Again, cancelling a reservation 2 hours before the check-in time is totally unacceptable in any circumstance. Additionally, when a host cancels a reservation two hours prior to check in, it should not be the responsibility of the vacationer to find an alternative place to stay. As I stated in my one star reviews above, this facility/you did absolutely nothing to try to help my party in a very difficult situation. I will be contacting the Florida Better Business Bureau about you total unprofessional actions.”

“Beautiful and spacious - The pictures definitely does not do this home justice. It’s so much better in person. It’s was very clean and smelled nice. It was just enough space for my group of 20 people. Only a few minor issues. The ice maker kept getting clogged up and they never came out to fix it. We just got a bag of ice and made it work. The first bathroom on the right at the top of the stairs has done little black bugs in the shower. Overall the experience was top notch. So many stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes of property as well. I would most definitely recommend this house. ”

“We actually booked a different house but found out the day of our arrival that it was not ready. Instead of throwing us to the wolves Casiola quickly found us this house which was much better than the original. This house was comfortable and very clean. They even replaced the non working blender within the day with a brand new one. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay, although I would recommend pool heat in September.”

“This home is very beautiful with a great location. Walmart, Publix, 7/11, and a few department stores are less than 10 mins. away. We had a lovely weekend in this home. It was very clean and comfortable for all 17 guest. Everyone had their own bed and space. We didn’t feel cramped at all. 1 chair from the dining table is missing and 2 outdoor chairs were broken/missing as well. A few suggestions I have for future guest: Be careful in the upstairs bathroom near the 3 double bed room. The handle is broken on the inside and you will get locked inside. I suggest leaving the door cracked open ESPECIALLY if children will use that restroom. Bring your own AA batteries for the xbox controllers in the game room. There were no batteries for the children to use the controls so we had to get our own. Make sure you check in with security to get a pass for EVERY vehicle staying at the location or you WILL be towed. I saw at least 3 other neighbors get towed. Lastly, I will definitely return to this home again if it’s available. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here. The cleanliness was a super plus. With a house that big, you expect something to be half done, but everything was cleaned. I only gave it 4 stars because of the bathroom door issue. Besides that, I strongly recommend this home to anyone looking.”

“This is a great place for large groups. I loved the location. All of the theme parks are close and convenient, and the amenities were very good. There is big Publix store not far outside the main gate for groceries, and a Walmart practically around the corner, so running out to get forgotten items isn't a chore. We paid extra for pool heat, and it was so worth it as we like to swim in the evenings after a full day out. The area feels very safe, and the community is gated. Recommended for anyone going as a big group who needs a lot of bedrooms and a nice place to stay. Self check-in and check-out was incredibly convenient, and we never needed to call our host at all since we didn't have any major issues.”

“Great family reunion house - We had five families with four grandchildren and this house was close to perfect. Five king beds for adults and four bedrooms for children. Amenities and location were excellent. Loved how the rooms were decorated. Overall very satisfied with the stay. Only advice if want pool heated request a head of time. Took three days to heat up.”

“We were very excited for our party of 22 to be able to stay together in this house together. Upon arrival everything seemed great. As we settled in we started to notice issues. In the Mickey themed bedroom, the Mickey and Minnie light that hung in the center of the room and provided most of the light was falling out of the ceiling. This left insulation all over one of the full beds, this made the person sleeping there uncomfortable to continue to sleep there the two other nights we were staying there. We noticed that the kitchen floor hadn't been cleaned very well as there were many crumbs and dirt under the cabinets. In the long stranded rug in the tv room adjacent to the kitchen we found food buried in the long strands (no one had eaten in the house yet). On the final night of our stay we came home to our guest finding her bed completely covered in ants. We called the contact number on the tablet in the kitchen, and they offed to bring new sheets. Needless to say our guest did not want new sheets and all 3 of the guests staying in that room were forced onto couches or into other beds with other guests. They did bring new sheets and sprayed the room with an ant barrier. The next morning we started to find ants in the bedroom adjacent to the bedroom there were ants in the evening before. These bedrooms are located on the second floor. We also woke up on the last day of our visit to a giant cockroach head on its back near a guests bedroom door on the first floor. We would not recommend anyone we know to rent this house and we will not be visiting again.”

“The home was very cute. Although we did have some issues. The hot tub is not part of the amenities unless you pay $25 a day to have it on. The home was very difficult to find on the maps because the maps lead you to a completely different neighborhood. The home stays on 72 degrees and can’t be turned down, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. We had ants in every room and all outside by the pool. The ants got into food and all of our bags the entire trip even after reporting and host called pest control. It’s a very cute themed home other than those issues.”

“This house is great! Huge space for all of my guests. 2 common spaces is great, adults downstairs/kids&teens upstairs. The game room and pool were awesome. S/n there’s gaming systems and DVD players but make sure you bring your own if you’re interested in that part. A minor hiccup with the fridge but Dennis was on top of it and communicated quickly and efficiently. Definitely would stay here again!!!”

“Dec 2018 Orlando Visit - Very nice home. It's a new subdivision of homes and they are still building homes in the area. It's convenient to the attractions (takes about 30 minutes to Universal with traffic) and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc., if you are staying for an extended time. We were about 20 people in the home and it fit us nicely. It probably isn't built with the highest quality but since its new, you will be fine. The game room, bedrooms, etc. are all very spacious and the outside pool area is very nice as well. We would stay here again but in a few years from now, I think the quality of the construction of the home will start to show and deteriorate quickly. ”
