We had a problem with the hot water in one bathroom and with the pool pump, but Dennis was very quick to respond and send someone to look at it. The community is great, we didn’t get to use the pool areas but there’s lots of playgrounds throughout that the kids can play in.”

“The place was great and a short drive to Disney. The house\'s insides are a little out dated - the mattresses were very worn had some dents in them and the linens could use an update but over all the house was great. It also had a great pool to hang out in. Other weird thing to note is check in. The front gate makes you wait in line for them to manually check you in. Take about 40minutes to get though at peek check in time. Nothing Casiola has control over though. ”

We booked this home in the hopes that the issues mentioned in previous reviews had been resolved—unfortunately, even though these issues continue to be brought up to this host’s company, they are still not addressed. Pool heat broken and spa not working, tons of bugs, filthy floors/conditions of the home, broken furniture, and granting access to the home for delivery people without notifying us until we came home to see that the home had been entered without our consent while we were gone. This was capped off with terrible, unorganized and rude customer service. Stay away!”

“The people at the gate are a little rude when it comes to checkin in. Inside the house , there was actually red stains on the carpet (I just really hoped it wasn’t blood). seems like whoever cleans the house does everything in a rush, since the pool was also dirty . I made the mistake of assuming since there was a jacuzzi that it would be hot because well… it’s a jacuzzi, but turns out I had to pay a fee for it, and I wasn’t going to pay a heating fee for a pool that was dirty. The regular pool was as well dirty but the jacuzzi was just something else Forreal . Then the cups and dishes are all pretty much still dirty it just looks like they rinse with water and no soap. The beds were comfortable though and the house is spacious. Worth the money? Nah, honestly there’s other houses that have way more for the price that you’d pay for this house.
Ontop of that, MAKE SURE that you ask for the cancellation policy BEFORE you book. I had booked it only 3 days prior to arrival since all other days were booked, and No more than 10 hours had passed since I tried to cancel the reservation due to personal reasons, and the guy was honestly rude asll. He told me that I would have to cancel atleast 5 days prior but IN NO WHERE did it state that that was the cancellation policy.
Not worth the trouble tbh go find yall a better house. This is a company that runs it and I promise you they don’t care about what’s good for the customer , they just over price everything”

However, in the end, the host resolved this to our satisfaction with what we felt was fair compensation for the problems we encountered. We particularly loved that the large glass sliders open up almost the entire length of the wall between the screened pool deck and the living room so it can be enjoyed as one large space on nicer days.
More detail: The house is wonderful for a family vacation and includes admission to the community water park which the kids loved and the price was right in our budget. The 5 en-suite bathrooms were perfect for blending multiple generations of a family into one home without any awkwardness. We were concerned based on the pictures that the layout would be a bit chopped up, but it actually flows quite nicely. The best part of the home is the hot tub and pool, and the large glass sliders that open up to the screened pool area. However, as is probably the case with many short term rentals in the area, repeated turnover has taken a toll on the home. Despite the beautiful pictures, the furniture and carpets were older and well worn (ex wobbly dining table, stained curtains and living room carpet, and the couch pretty worn/missing legs?). As other reviews have stated, we ran into problems with the pool not being heated on arrival despite paying for it ahead of time. We also had issues with the home not being cleaned properly prior to our arrival (which they did offer to rectify later, but as it would have been while we were inside the home, it felt a bit too intrusive during our vacation) and the wifi not working. As noted above, eventually all issues were resolved with what we felt was fair compensation or were fixed to our satisfaction, but during the process of communicating with the host (or his company Casiola), we were frustrated with repeatedly asking for someone to come to the house to assist us but no one showing up. With some work on the communication/response times and perhaps a bit maintenance or replacement on the more worn pieces of furniture and decor the home would be amazing.”

“This place is operated by a fairly large company (over 300 rentals). I feel like they are on the verge of becoming a good company, but currently it appears they are just too short staffed to take care of basic needs. When you call them you'll get a message stating, "Get ready to experience insanely good customer service.".... Well, that isn't what we experienced. The house is good, there are unresolved maintenance issues, but nothing that impacted our stay terribly (dirty rugs, stained and tired furniture, water damage on the ceiling, bunk beds that are loosely assembled, faucet installed with hot water on the wrong side). The Windsor Hills community is great.
Our biggest issues came with the host taking care of basic things. We paid for pool and spa heat in advance and they failed to turn it on. After 3 days of promises that someone on the staff would stop and turn it on I contacted Airbnb support. The host finally got someone there on the 4th day of our stay to turn on the pool and spa heat. They refunded the cost of the pool and spa heat for the days missed ($100), but that isn't really adequate when the reason we book homes like this one is so that we have our private spa/hot tub. It's not much of a hot tub when the water isn't heated. Keep in mind, the heating system wasn't broken, they just didn't turn it on (a 3-minute process at most). This appears a trend with this host looking at other reviews. It appears they just don't have a good process for ensuring this is completed and it appears they don't have adequate staff to deal with issues when they do arise.
At the end of the stay, the host sent an email offering to extend our stay at a special rate. We decided to take them up on that offer for two additional nights since our schedule allowed for it. We were happy with the rate, but we weren't happy that our access codes quit working and we couldn't get past the guard gate and then couldn't get into the home. Two phone calls resolved these situations, but, again, they should have a process in place to deal with these things ahead of time.
Dennis is on the verge of running a good hosting company, but they aren't quite there yet.”

I had another company cancel on me after paying 6 hours prior to me traveling I reached out to Dennis literally at 11am he was able to confirm the booking by 1130 and havee check-in on the same day at 4pm. He also left me Oreos and I lovvveee Oreos the house was beyond amazing everything was perfect I was able to book late check out I mean I could go on and on this was excellent! I will be a returning customer and his team were perfect everything is near by I mean it doesn't get any better I highly recommend this property to anyone also security were excellent. “The location was very convenient to the Disney parks, groceries, and restaurants. It was a short walk to both the park and the big pool in the complex, which the kids enjoyed. Only real negative was the lack of responsiveness from the property manager on what is supposed to be a 24/7 phone number when the fire alarms all went off in the house at 3:15am. We had to call 911 to check the house to ensure that there wasn't a fire or carbon monoxide leak that triggered it. A very scary experience for our kids and had to postpone our plans for Disney.”

“This house was great for location and value. They only provide toiletries for the first day or so, not your length of stay. The host will require you to communicate with them outside of Airbnb but it worked out okay for me when it came to check in. As of my stay end of February/beginning of March 2019 the pool heating unit does not work so don’t bother paying for it. This was our one large issue. We pre-paid for this service and it was not provided. I contacted Casiola Homes (Dennis’ employer/company) as he neglected to answer my message on Airbnb. Casiola was responsive and corrected other issues such as wifi problems which was great. The pool heating could not be fixed during our stay which was fine - they told me they would refund the amount towards the end of the stay so they could do the full amount if necessary. After the trip I emailed them and got no response. I also messaged Dennis on Airbnb and he refused to refund the money but advised me to take it up with Airbnb. I sent him a payment request, he declined. This made no sense but I certainly wanted my money back. I had to go through the resolution centre, multiple emails back and forth with Airbnb and a process that was two weeks long involving sending screenshots of conversations, etc. to Airbnb in order to finally get my refund. This is horrible customer service and for that reason I would absolutely not recommend this listing to anyone. The host did not respond to the pool issue during our stay at all. It’s really too bad because had they just processed the refund (which is now happening anyways) we could have avoided my and Airbnb’s time being wasted and I would have been able to tell everyone how great this place/host was and book them again myself for next year. Instead, buyer beware.”

Although we did not get to explore the resort due to weather, we enjoyed the proximity of the home to Disney World, stores and restaurants. The home was clean, decorated beautifully, and we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s also perfect and spacious for families. My mom and grandma both had their separate rooms with their own bathrooms, and the home offered many accommodations for our toddler (e.g., high chair). We would encourage anyone traveling with a group to stay here, definitely worth every penny!”

“Dennis’s home was very clean and organized. My family and I enjoyed our stay at his resort home. Especially since it’s less than 20 minutes from Disney! Also very close to grocery stores, Walmart, and many gift shops. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the back which we didn’t use because of the weather. Dennis does have an option to have the pool heated at an additional cost, but it takes 24 hours to heat and you’d have to pay for the pool heating for your entire stay. The jacuzzi was cold, not heated as a jacuzzi should already be. There’s also a grill we were looking to use which didn’t work and was filthy. The refrigerator water and ice maker also didn’t work. I quickly told Dennis and he told me he’d have someone take care of that. No one showed up to take care of the issue during our stay. The resort has a pool, water slides, and parks from what we saw. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!”
