“Booking here was very easy. When we arrived at 1 in the morning, there was no clear instructions in the emails or the listing that gave the actual address of the property. The host only put the street name in the instructions, not the actual house #. We noticed a full address as the WiFi name and guessed that to be the actual home address and were correct. Once inside, the home was beautiful, the beds were very comfy. The home however, was not very clean. The bedroom nightstands were filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting and there was trash particles on the kitchen floor as well as the kitchen sinks were dirty. The next day when we went out to the pool, we noticed chips and cigarette butts on the outside patio. We did go out and purchase cleaning supplies so we could clean. I did let the host know how dirty the place was and sent pics. We paid for heated pool and the pool had NO heat. We knew it would not be hot, however, the pool was extremely cold the entire time we were there”

“My family and I stayed at Carey Circle for 10 days during the March break of 2022. Overall our stay was fine but there are definite positives and negatives. Positives: The location of the home was amazing and the Solara resort was super nice. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and pans. The coffee maker and tea pot was great. The pool area was nice, albeit small, but the pics were accurate in that respect. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! The amount of towels/linens were great. The number of bathrooms in the home was a bonus because each room has it's own adjacent private toilet and bath. Issues were addressed quickly and Dennis was prompt to respond; for example, the master bedroom sheets were not clean and had fresh blood stains on them. Dennis sent a cleaner the next day to replace them. Also, several lightbulbs were not working and the shower water pressure/nozzles needed repair. Dennis sent someone to address them the next day as well. However, a time for a service arrival would have been helpful because the cleaner had to wait outside because we were not at home at the time. Negatives: Overall, a deep cleaning of the home and a several updates/repairs around the house would serve future guests well. I am not sure how old the home is, but the pics show a newer home; however, it felt dated because of the cleaning, repairs and TLC needed throughout. The furniture was nice but again needed some TLC. Things of note which would have improved by rating: 1. the high ledge in the foyer is caked in dust, debris/garbage? It can be seen every time someone is coming down the stairs 2. there was no privacy element to the front door - folks walking around at night can see right into the home 3. shower stalls needs a deep clean and fresh resealing - there was little water pressure in any of the bathrooms even once the nozzles was cleaned. 4. the carpets need replacing or cleaning because they retained a damp odor. The rug in the living room need a deep clean as well. 5. baseboards are caked in dust and makes the home feel dirty - a deep cleaning or repainting is needed. 6. The backdoor blinds are broken/missing huge gaps of blinds 7. There were TVs in each bedroom but some were not working. I think for accuracy, airbnb should have a policy that posted pics should be done yearly. The pics of Carey Circle seems to have been done in 2019 when the home was new, clean and staged.”

“This is our third stay at this resort and second stay in this townhouse. The host Dennis has great communication. The resort itself is also great: wonderful pool area, fantastic gym with new equipment, close to all the local attractions. But the inside of the townhouse needs some touch-ups and TLC. Had we not stayed here before I may not have payed that much attention. And these issues didn’t affect our stay that much but are definitely noticeable and should be addressed. Otherwise we had a great time. We would likely come back but I would want to know these issues have been addressed first. Again, Dennis is great and the resort is a real value.”

“We had an awesome stay at this house. The neighborhood was very pretty, well maintained, safe and peaceful. The communication with Dennis was always clear and fast and although we didn’t have any issues, we felt like he was always there checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The description of the house and the pictures are very accurate, this house is nicely decorated and you’ll have everything you need during your stay. “There are many positive things about this home, and many negatives. The house is clean, there are enough clean towels, and the area is secured and there are many facilities available. The bad thing is the trash box is outside and immediately next to the door, and there are some big rats always around the box, and my wife was so terrified. I had a bad experience with our host Dennis. I checked out at 10:45 am. At about 1:00 pm I fount that I left an item at the home. I emailed host Dennis about that and requested an access to the home to go back and get it. He told me that the housekeeper has looked for it and didn't find it. I was trying to convince him many times that the item is there and I told where exactly I left it but I failed. At 5:00 pm while I am at the airport and one hour before my flight host Dennis emailed me and to inform me that the item has been found and I can get it from their office. The information was too late because I couldn't miss my flight.”

“Great place to stay for the week! - Place was clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay for the week. Bath towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils for cooking. Lots of space. Beds and furniture comfortable. We put the kids upstairs and we used downstairs bedroom. We each had our own bathrooms which was great! Close to attractions, restaurants and food stores. ”

“Wonderful, quiet getaway - This house was a great vacation home for me and my family. We loved the private pool for cooling down in the evenings. The resort splash pad and pool were very nice and provided some entertainment for our 5 year old. We were close to the Disney parks (we only did Disney Springs and Blizzard Beach) but far enough away that it was quiet and not crowded. The house was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend!”

“This was a great place that is really close to all the parks but far enough away that you can really relax in your private pool and get away from the chaos. The pool and splash pad at the resort were so much fun for our 5 year old. She had a blast! I would highly recommend. One minor thing to note. We had watched videos about this resort and they showed a coffee and gelato shop which sort of influenced my decision to book here because I love both. The coffee shop is not longer there, but you can still get ice cream at the restaurant.”

“Nice Place but Townhouse Blues! - The property itself was nice but being a townhome we had to experience loud neighbors at all hours of the night and early morning. Also, because there were no curtains on the window clad front entrance we had people looking into our place regularly. The place was well stocked but the wifi was terrible. It was supposed to be secured but was not and anyone in range could log onto it for free and decrease our service. Pool was small but nice!”

“Don’t get me wrong the place was very nice but they have a huge ant problem. Ants was all over the place, in the bed, in the carpet, on the window, on the walls. The ants got into the food/baby snacks we brought. I messaged Dennis and he said he was gone call terminx, nobody ever came. “Feels like new! Stunning and comfortable house. We stayed for 2 weeks and received a very warm welcome. Kitchen fully equipped. There is a lot of space, mattresses and linen are very comfortable and plenty of towels available as well as pool towels. We loved the beautiful decorations and touch of modern clean spacious environment. Good Wifi connection, top notch central air system!! Downside- there is only one standard size bathtub on the first floor and so we missed having a large master sized bathtub. The pool is small enough for kids to dip and play but don't expect too much. The amenities of the Clubhouse are amazing and located very close to the house but they do shut down the pull more often than expected depending on the weather. It fills up very quickly specially in the weekends, with Covid-19 restrictions, space at the pool is limited. When we got the chance to enter we loved playing in the splash pool area and the clubhouse pool is very large and warm. Plus side- Expect a very clean and nice place, smells clean and fresh with a warm welcome. There is even an Xbox upstairs for video games. In short words, you can't go wrong with this one!”

“Dennis’s place is perfectly located. Only a hundred yard walk to clubhouse/pool. Very convenient but also very little traffic, both by car and foot....quiet. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Pool area was an awesome place for breakfast and morning coffee. Pool was perfect place to have a drink with your spouse after dark. All appliances were almost new and worked great. Furniture was way better than most, probably all, the other places we have stayed in. If we go back to the Orlando area we will definitely look to see if Dennis’s place is available... my advice is to spend the extra to heat the pool, it was perfect during the cool nights.”

“Great Family Getaway - The pictures do not do the home justice. The house was beautiful. Very new resort. Resort pool and amenities were great. Home was able to accommodate a family of 8 comfortably. Sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area blocked the other two rooms occupants from being able to get downstairs when it was pulled out(minor inconvenience).Sleeper sofa should have been downstairs in the living room. Home was not cleaned very well as hair was on floors in bathroom and showers. Shower stall floors are very slippery when wet and can present a safety issue . Some issues with the pool that were never resolved but overall a great stay.”
