“March 15-22 2025. Wonderful Home, 5 stars. High End Specs/Appliances/Amenities. One of the best stocked kitchens we have encountered. 4 Bedrooms, 2 have queens, 2 have two twins in each that can be separated or pushed together. One set of twins in one bdrm has trundles that pull out onto floor so that bedroom can sleep 4. Home has lots of living space. Outdoor pool/living area was the best feature, made it hard to leave to explore beaches but great to return to later afternoons before and after dinners. Wonderful location/neighborhood quiet. Less than 5 minute drive to the main shopping/restaurant strip. Saw people in this neighborhood making the 10-15 minute walk to the nearby Marriott hotels beaches. We ended up driving the island to explore other beaches and snorkel every day so did not visit the Marriott beach. Smart TV, Apple TV so can cast from iphone, Netflix, other apps and many US cable channels (such as ABC, NBC, CBS, ESPN and ESPN2). Would 100% stay here again.”

“OUTSTANDING!!! This house was perfect and was even better than the pictures. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but only 5 minutes from all the action and some amazing beaches. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The backyard is stunning with a beautiful view and an AMAZING infinity pool that was cleaned 2x while we were there. The furniture, both inside and out is clean and in perfect shape. We felt like we were at home from the minute we stepped foot in the house and my whole family agreed that we will return to Aruba next year and will only stay in this house.”

“The home and host were both fantastic! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house has 8 beds, but it's worth noting that 2 of them are trundle beds under 2 twin beds in a shared room, which we were unaware of. Additionally, the hot tub, though beautiful, was unfortunately not working, which was a disappointment. We also experienced a power outage on one side of the upstairs, which was a major inconvenience for those guests. On the positive side, the pool was amazing, and the home itself is stunning. The location is perfect for enjoying the party life in Aruba. For large groups, I recommend renting a large vehicle for convenience. I would gladly stay at this home in Aruba every time!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! We had 9 guests and the home was next door to a house that had guests in our party. This made it very convenient to celebrate some family milestone birthdays with a large group. The house is modern, clean, well stocked and exceeded our expectations! The communication was wonderful and their guide for the house (an app) was amazing. I wish other owners used this. There is a market and small food stands within walking distance which was helpful for those who don’t rent a car. I can’t wait to come back!”

“Birds of Paradise was the perfect house for our couples trip! The house was immaculate and had all of the amenities needed. The pool area was gorgeous and we used the pool and hot tub daily. The location is nice with no backyard neighbors and on a quiet street, yet still walking distance or a short cab ride from Palm Beach. Cabs were easily accessible. No complaints, a perfect stay! ”

“We had a great time but there was a few things that can be done to make others experiences better than ours. The front door is a fire hazard. Hate the fact that you need the key to get in and out and the front door automatically locked if closed. We can’t split up and do things because if one gets back before the other you’ll be locked out because it’s not a coded door. If u misplAce the key you can’t get in or out unless there’s another key. Hate the fact the home has solar panels but was told it was only for the net. The entire island was out of power for almost 3 hours and it’s hot and humid here. There’s no back up generators nor the solar panels are use as a back up electricity source.. so sitting in a home that was hot and trying to get some rest was no fun. There was also ants on the second floor room with the 2 joined twins. Typically there’s welcome amenities that I would receive as a welcome without me suggesting anything but there was none here. Those were our main issues with the home. Host responded to emails quickly… Was a little delayed when the power went out. Overall 8 out of 10.. the power and the front door situation brought it down. But we would definitely stay again.. hopefully next time there’s a back up electrical source for when the power goes out esp on an island with very warm temperatures. Also please inform your guest when anyone will be over. We found out someone was at the house because the side door was wide open and the floating tube was not where we saw it. We later found out it was the pool attendant. If it’s in the welcome package they come Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays then my apologies. Nevertheless they still left the side door open and exposed and we didn’t like that at all. ”

“This house exceeded my expectations- it’s even more beautiful than the pictures. The host answered back any questions within 20 minutes and always sent someone to the house within an hour if there was an issue. It’s about a 5 minutes walk to the Marriot Stellaris but a 30 minute walk from Gusto/Gianni’s and that whole area. I would definitely recommend this house”

“This was our first trip to Aruba and we had 7 adults in our group. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Stuart and Julia were terrific and responded quickly to our phone calls when the jacuzzi wasn’t heating, it was fixed in less than 24 hrs and when the grill ran out of propane they brought a new tank right over. The house was immaculate, the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed, the beds were very comfortable, showers had good water pressure, and the bedrooms and living room each had their own air conditioning unit. The outdoor space was beautifully landscaped, pool was clean and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to end the day. The house is a quick five min drive to the beach area near the Marriott and Ritz and less than 10 mins from all the shops and restaurants. Perfect location!!! Thanks to Stuart and Julia for hosting us - we had a marvelous time!”

“Beautiful villa in one of the best locations on the island, just a short walk from the Marriott & Ritz as well as the other hotels, 3 shopping malls & many restaurants. Very well maintained property with beautiful pool & hot tub. Well appointed kitchen & outdoor grill, bar & dining area. 8 minute drive to Super Foods, very high-quality grocery store, frankly, one of the best I've seen in my travels to many Caribbean destinations. Plenty of room for our family of 7 to relax and enjoy gorgeous Aruba. We rented a car which allowed us to see a lot of the island, but you don't need one if you plan on staying in the high-rise hotel area. We rented beach chairs & an umbrella at Mooba's Bar & Grill when we were doing a beach day for ease, although the villa did come with smaller beach chairs and an umbrella you could bring yourself. We ran low on propane for the grill, messaged Stuart & Julia, and a new tank was delivered in under 10 minutes, amazing!. Only downside to this property is a neighbor across the street leaves his/her 2 large dogs outside all day & night, and they bark a lot. Also want to give a thumbs up to Aruba's Covid-19 testing centers which are located all over making it easy & simple to get the required testing done for re-entry back into the US.”

“Amazing in every way! - Beautiful home, beautiful view, close to everything, responsive management - could not have asked for more. We had 8 people staying in the house and then another 17 people staying in nearby facilities. This became our "Home Base" and never once felt cramped. We hosted an outdoor dinner with 20 people for a 40th birthday celebration and it was PERFECT! Thanks Bird of Paradise and Casiola Aruba for making this the best vacation ever!”

“Beautiful home located about a 5 minute drive from the resorts and beach! We initially relied on taxi service, but ended up renting a car for the last half of the trip to access local attractions. “Stuart and Julia were amazing hosts. They made sure that my guests and I were accommodated for this trip. Before the trip, they recommended their personal concierge to help me book a private chef. Freya was attentive and very helpful to everything I wanted for my birthday breakfast. The house itself is beautiful. The pictures on this website does it no justice. You have to be there in person to see it. The view from the pool is "wow." The pool and jacuzzi are relaxing to be in. Inside of the house, especially the master bedroom and bathroom are both breathtaking. The rest of the house was the same. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for my guests and I. I would rebook this place the next time I am planning a trip to Aruba.”

“A Paradise Within A Paradise - A review from Boston: our group often makes the Aruba trip somewhere around December/January, and we always go the rental route. This property is everything that it appears to be/is described to be and more (location, layout, etc.)! Our immediate group of 6 had all of the space that we could ask for and then some. Our extended group (staying at another property down the road) made us a group of 12, and when we all gathered at the house for swims at the pool and chef prepared meals, the house accommodated us all with ease. The house was outfitted with everything that we could imagine (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, towels (for all needs), floats, chairs, cooler, etc.), and it was spotless. The house is also very well kept/maintained. The sky deck (between two of the bedrooms) and the roof deck were slightly weathered by the elements, but that is to be expected, plus there isn’t much of a reason to spend extended time in either location. We did have a small shower drainage issue in 2 of the bathrooms (simply a slow drain), but it was completely manageable, and it was promised to be addressed. The only thing that disappointed me was the unexpected fee to convert bedroom #3 from 2 beds to a king. It is noted in the home description that the room can be converted, which is partially why we chose this home, but there was no mention of the fee until I requested the change. Other than that, zero complaints. We will be back to Aruba within the year, and we will certainly look to stay here again! Thanks for everything, team, we had a truly wonderful stay!”

“Family Trip of a Lifetime - I took my wife and 5 combined kids, plus 2 significant others on the trip of a lifetime. We stayed from Boxing Day to Jan 2nd. The property beat our expectations. An incredibly beautiful house, on a quiet street with spectacular views. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beaches. The management team lead by Stuart was fantastic. They answered all my questions I had prior to our arrival. And I had several due to the pandemic restrictions both here in the US and in Aruba. Stuart met us shortly after we arrived to see if we had any questions - and checked in (via email/app) from time to time to make sure we were ok. The kids (age: 13-23) all loved it - and our favorite part of the stay was sitting in the hot tub on New Years Eve watching the amazing firework display. I highly recommend this property and/or similar ones like this managed by the same management company.”

“Great time at the Bird of Paradise Villa! - We have been renting villas for the past 10 years in Aruba and this was up there as one of our favorites. We had a couple of issues during our stay however Stuart and Julia took care of things right away and corrected the issues. We greatly appreciated them acting so quickly. The bed in the master was so comfortable and we slept so well. The pool and hot tub were very clean and we used the hot tub most nights. We would not hesitate to rent from Stuart and Julia again. “This home was exactly as depicted and was absolutely amazing! Stuart and Julia were helpful from start to finish. They even went the extra mile and arranged a rental car for us. The home accommodated 10 girls without a hitch and was super close to the all the hot spots in palm beach. We traveled in to experience the carnival and it was adjust a 10-15min drive from Oranjestad where the main parade route runs. The backyard landscaping and outdoor kitchen were great for poolside breakfasts and dinners. The pool and hot tub was seldom not in use during our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon. “Wonderful Week at Bird of Paradise - We spent a week with our family (4 adult children) at this lovely home. The home was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, professionally landscaped and well stocked with everything that we could need for a vacation. The home's layout, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect to accommodate a number of adult guests, providing areas for privacy as well as several large gathering spaces. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor living space with a large grill, outdoor refrigerator and large shaded eating area was where we spent the bulk of our time when we were at the house! The location of this home behind the Marriott Hotel was perfect. We were close enough to the high rise hotel zone that we could walk or drive there very quickly, yet we were far enough away to have privacy in a quiet, relaxing and safe neighborhood. Stuart, Julia and Freya from Rentstar were all very helpful from the time we booked the home, through the end of our stay. We had a couple of minor requests during the first couple of days we were there, and they were taken care of almost immediately! I can't say enough about how helpful the information that was provided by the Hospitality App was in orienting us to the home and the island. As this was our first trip to Aruba, we had a lot to learn! I would highly recommend this home or any of the other homes that Rentstar has to offer. We will certainly book with Rentstar on future trips to Aruba.”

“Beautiful Home, Great Experience! - Can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Stayed for 5 days with 3 couples--this was our 9th time visiting Aruba and it was the best place we have stayed. Home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and looks exactly like the photos. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and location near the Marriott and beaches is perfect. Great communication with the property manager. We did have a couple minor issues while we were there (ran out of propane for the stove and the hot tub blew a fuse) and the property manager was very responsive and addressed both problems as soon as we called. Would definitely recommend staying here. Only downside is that only two rooms have king & queen beds, the other two rooms have twin beds so one couple had to push the beds together...but would be great for families with lots of kids.”

“Bird of paradise was really a paradise!!!! If you are talking about details this is the place to be! I went to Aruba with my family and Stuart was able to make us feel like we were home. Since I booked the the house he was always giving me tips on how to make my experience more pleasant. When I got to Aruba I immediately contacted Stuart and the check in process was quick and very smooth. The amenities in the house are amazing and when we wanted to go to the market or beach we were just minutes away. I travelled with my 15 month daughter and I can say that the house is baby friendly. My family and I really enjoyed the house and the superb detailed oriented service Stuart and team provided. I will definitely go back and book this paradise again! “Words can't really describe our experience at Bird of Paradise. Luxury, yes! Upscale, yes, yes! The location is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. The property is amazing. The pictures that you see online, trust me when I say, you will be in awe.. the minute you pull into the driveway. We were so impressed with all the details put into making this home a perfect vacation retreat.... the pool, the furnishings (in and outside), the decor, the design and flow, the accessories, the dishes, the rooms, the space, everything truly wonderful. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. They have included everything in this house that you will need to have an enjoyable vacation. We were a small group of 6 and everyone in our party, share the same feelings about this property. Stuart and his team are the absolute best. If you have any problems or concerns, they will be addressed immediately. Freya arranged private chef services for us and we wanted to take the chef home!!! Hats off to him for a job WELL DONE!! “This house is amazing! If you are looking for a place to stay with your family look no further. We stayed in this property with 2 families, total of 9 people and there was not a single complaint about the house. It was new, modern, clean and spacious. The layout of the house also suited us and there is plenty of outdoor space with a great grill to barbecue. The location of the house was also great. You are less than 5 mins to the high rise hotel district where all the night life, restaurants and beaches are and about 10 minutes to Arashi beach which ended up being our favorite beach on the island. The hosts Ardeline and Stuart were so warm, informative and responded quickly to all of our questions. This house was definitely exceeded our expectations.”
