Inside, you will uncover stainless-steel appliances, rich countertops, vivid cabinetry, and a kitchen island. Care to make suppertime an experience to remember? Be sure take advantage of the fun and festive fondue sets, complete with everything you need!

Two deluxe sliding doors open up the kitchen and living area to the covered patios, allowing you to take part in true island indoor/outdoor living. Though there is air conditioning in several rooms throughout the home, it’s layout is designed to allow a natural breeze to effortlessly flow throughout the house.

Located on the ground floor are four deluxe bedrooms, each with their own style and charm.
Encompassing a true essence of romance, Bedroom #1 showcases a king size bed with an ornate wood carved headboard, cool tiled flooring, textured walls, and several cultural appointments throughout. In addition, you will find double French doors that provide exclusive access to the back terrace, as well as a private en suite, with a natural stone shower which offers an ideal view of the starry skies above. This opulent boudoir will have you wondering if you’ll ever need a trip to the spa again!

Bedroom #2 presents many of the same trappings as Bedroom #1, however in a more classically quaint and understated fashion. Here, you will enjoy a queen size bed, matching nightstands, decorative wrought iron embellishments and a private en suite.

Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 (on the 2nd floor) contain 2 twin beds, a communal night table, and additional ornamental enhancements to make it feel like home.

Bedroom #5 is a particularly special dwelling, as it is technically a standalone apartment with a kitchen, queen bed, and private en suite with a walk-in shower!

We assure you; you’ve never seen a backyard quite like this one! Festooned with beautifully landscaped gardens and a myriad of palms, this haven is completely secluded from view! Natural flagstone terraces envelope the five-star resort-style swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi, while hammocks sway lazily in the
breeze, setting the scene for your private slice of paradise. You will find just about anything and everything you could want at this luxurious and noteworthy villa, including an airconditioned gym, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys, and more!

UTILITIES:
All utilities are INCLUDED, this is something that is most often not included in other rentals so keep this in mind when comparing rentals.

TAXES:
The mandatory taxes are included. These are the 9.5% Government tax and $3 per night Environmental Tax as per the tax code in Aruba. Taxes may be subject to change.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Earlier check-ins and later check-out may be requested and may be granted depending on availability, a surcharge may apply.

SMOKING
This is a non smoking property and smoking indoors is strictly forbidden and will result in a penalty. If you smoke outdoors, please make sure to use the ashtray provided and dispose of your ash and cigarette butts safely due to the high risk of fire in the dry climate and the abundance of wood, trees and palm fronds.

BEING GOOD NEIGHBORS
Please be considerate to our neighbors and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 9PM.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL:
As a certified & accredited Member of VRMA & VRHP we have implemented the VRHP & VRMA SafeHome Program with cleaning protocol for COVID-19. This ensures safe cleaning standards that conform to - and in many cases, exceed, those that are mandated nationally. We are a Member of Ahata (Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association) and registered with Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) for Aruba's Health & Happiness Code. You'll be able to enjoy your villa knowing that it is cared for to the highest standards.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
While we do provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler, we do not provide any snorkeling equipment and umbrellas.

GUEST SUPPLIES:
Start-up supplies are provided, these are restocked when guest adds the optional daily or midweek housekeeping service. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies.

BATH LINEN:
We provide 1 set per person, extra sets are available at a surcharge. Bed & bath linen are changed when guest adds the optional daily or midweek housekeeping service. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies.

HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping & cleaning. We offer an optional daily hotel-style cleaning or mid stay cleaning service. These are optional services and a surcharge applies.

CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations team can assist with private chef, transportation, yacht, activities and other arrangements
