As we approach the dawn of 2024, let’s take a moment to reflect on our remarkable journey of 2023 and celebrate our greatest achievements and successes.

While 2023 presented its challenges, we’re thrilled to share that we managed to outperform the market both in occupancy and Revenue Per Available Night (RevPan). Additionally, we take pride in our improved cost management, successfully cutting average owner expenses by 20% compared to the previous year, showcasing our commitment to efficient operations.

The year saw the launch of our new franchise business, a groundbreaking new version of our owner app myCasiola, and new key partnerships with trusted brands like American Express and Affirm.

Casiola’s achievements included winning the 2023 Shortyz for Best Leasure Property Management Company in London (UK), and hosting the already legendary Casiola Beach Party during the VRMA International Conference in Orlando.

Additionally, we introduced detailed statements that focus on the earnings of your vacation home. All of this came wrapped in a fresh, updated, sleek, and smooth design.

Transitioning from a compact workspace, we are thrilled to announce that we now boast one of the most splendid offices in Aruba. Complete with meeting areas, quiet zones, a spacious open-plan office with kitchen, and our dedicated laundry facility, Casiola Aruba is fully geared for the future.

Casiola Beach Party

Massive shoutout to all of you awesome people for turning the Casiola beach party into an absolute blast! You all brought such incredible vibes, and the party wouldn’t have been half as fun without each and every one of you. From the epic dance-offs, the heroes who got dunked for FPVRC, the great chats, to the crazy Hora Loca and the laughter that echoed across the beach, it was one for the books!

Together we raised $18,400 for the FPVRC Pac.
