Shop-til-you-drop in Winter Park

News, Orlando travel and vacation planning tips, Shopping, What's going on in Orlando?
From outlet malls to indoor shopping centers, Orlando doesn’t lack in excellent shopping options. If you’re looking for a little something different on your next shopping adventure, make the short 20-minute drive north to Winter Park. The quaint town atmosphere offers two great options for shopping—Park Avenue and Winter Park Village.

Park Avenue

Like a scene from a Hallmark movie, the cobblestone and tree-lined streets of Winter Park’s Park Avenue beckon you to spend the day. Off the main throughway, additional shops and boutiques line the side streets. The shops of Park Avenue sell everything from jewelry to wine, clothing to art. You’ll find national retailers like Lilly Pulitzer and Tuni, as well as local boutiques such as Evelyn and Arthur, Piante Design and Ten Thousand Villages.

Take a break to dine at one of the many restaurants and cafe that also call Park Avenue home. Grab a cup of coffee at Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen or a sweet treat at Kilwin’s Chocolates and Ice Cream. Park Avenue is more than shopping too; wander through one of the dozen museums or gardens in the Winter Park downtown area.

On and off-street and garage parking is available, including some free options.

Winter Park Village

Just outside the city limits, Winter Park Village offers another shopping mecca for sophisticated shoppers. The outdoor shopping center gives off a warm, welcoming vibe, with retail mixed with residential and business. It boasts chic stores like J. Jill, White House/Black Market and Francesca’s. Other stores you’ll love shopping include REI, Ulta Beauty and Guitar Center.

There is no lack of places to eat at Winter Park Village. Shoppers can rest their weary feet and fill their empty stomachs at places like Brio Tuscan Grille, The Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang’s.

End your day with a movie at the Regal Cinemas and a drink at Bar Louie’s.

Return to your Casiola vacation rental after a long day of shopping and put your feet up in the relaxing living spaces. All of Casiola’s homes have spacious living areas perfect for spending time together without being on top of each other. Many also have pools and game rooms, offering fun for all ages.
