“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay Near Universal Orlando! Our trip to Universal Orlando was absolutely wonderful, and this condo made it even better! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The décor was modern and welcoming, and we loved all the thoughtful touches and great amenities. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — just a short drive to the Universal parks and close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. It was the perfect home base for our Orlando adventure. We truly appreciated how clean, tidy, and well-equipped the condo was. It felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“Beautiful Condo, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during our spring break vacation. We were roughly 4 miles from Universal Studios and around 2 miles from Sea World and Aquatica Water Park. The area was a gated community which gives you a good sense of security and safety. The condo was above my expectations, with the spacious three bedrooms it accommodated my family of five way better then any hotel suite with a two bedroom can ever do. The accommodations here far surpassed that of any hotel in the area both in size and financially. Our host Dennis was a great communicator, from the moment we booked to the moment we left he ensured that he was there if we needed anything. Thank you Dennis.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The condo was nicely set up. The beds were comfortable and had appropriate linen selection (our last condo we stayed at in the Vista Cay resort was super basic and didn\'t have enough blankets but this one was perfect). Walking distance to the convention center (we were in Orlando for a conference) and the grocery store and drug store being right around the corner was really convenient. Small amount of noise heard from normal traffic in the halls and upstairs but nothing that took away from our experience. Would definitely stay here again. We didnt have time to cook or utilize the kitchen but would consider it if we did. Overall our stay was extremely enjoyable!”

“Great apartment for a short term stay, clean and spacious and in a great location. In good condition apart from the odd bit of wear and tear but that's to be expected. Main issue we had was that the wifi went down for 3.5 days of our 9 day stay, which was extremely stressful whilst trying to work. It also meant we had no access to TV for that time either. When I contacted Dennis about it someone came out promptly to look and it was determined that the bill had not been paid by the owner... I was told this would be solved very quickly but it took almost 4 days or which were working days of my continuously chasing. This shouldn't happen in the first place but if it does it should be something that is quick to resolve but seemed to need to go through multiple admin hoops to fix. While the apartment was great this issue would put me off re-booking as wifi is so important, especially for international guests.”

“Family Getaway - We were looking for a place close to Universal that also had room for our 4 teenagers to spread out. The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family of 6. “Wonderful stay! Super clean, pristine. Love Casiola, will be back - We stayed at one of the Vista Cay condos and it was amazing. We booked direct for the best rate and communication with Briar was great. The condo was easy to find, beautiful resort, great location, gates resort so we felt super safe on our all girls mom-daugthers trip. The condo was even nicer than the beautiful pictures. Very large, super clean and every little detail was though of. Super inpressed with Casiola - they are truly next level. Have not come across any vacation rental conpany that puts so mich attention to detail and cleanliness. We did a happy dance when we arrived. My girls loved the cookies that were left with a little card as a welcome. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back and stay with them again. Next time with the whole family and maybe in a private home although the condo is so large we could easily stay there with 2 adults and 4 kids so we might just come back to “our” condo that we totally fell in love with :)”

“BEWARE BOGUS XTRA CHARGES- CASIOLA Managed - We have rented other properties in Vista Cay and have had great experiences. The apartment was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. However, when I got back they sent me a bill for $123 for a few light stains on towels, sheets. I called and they refused to take this off of my bill. All they had to do was put some bleach and they would disappear. Clearly this is a way for them to make some extra money!!! Beware of any properties managed by CASIOLA managed properties. I will never rent from then again!! ”

“Luxury Housing - This condo was amazing!! The floor plan was very inviting. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Although I really enjoyed the home and the atmosphere, the one thing I had an issue with was the bathroom shower. There was mildew in the shower. I went to the store and purchased cleaner and cleaned it myself. Outside of that, everything was simply amazing. Everything needed as far as dishes and cutlery was available in the kitchen and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. ”

“Spacious condo in a great location - This condo is in a great location, Vista Cay has a lot of great amenities, we really enjoyed the pool and clubhouse area. There is a Publix and Walgreen within walking distance which was super helpful as we didn't rent a car. The condo itself was VERY large, plenty of space to spread out. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well appointed. We were only there two nights and the first night, the internet didn't work at all, but it seems like someone came in while we were gone and restarted the modem, because it worked just fine the second night. My only negative comment is around cleanliness. I don't think the condo was a clean as it could have been. I know everyone has different standards of clean and I happen to be pretty uptight about cleanliness, so I recognize that very few places make my cut. However, the sheets in one bedroom did not seem like they had been changed between guests, they weren't grossly dirty, but there were quite a few hairs that didn't belong to us (wrong color). ”

“The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean! It felt like a place to call home. The decor was modern and up to date. We were very close to International Drive and just a short distance from Disney World. A few ants decided to camp out in one of the bathroom which is pretty normal in some FL locations. Also, there was a slow drain in that tub. I sent an email to Dennis and he responded ASAP, said the problem would be handled. And just that fast, it was handled, no more ants or slow drainage. I would recommend this place to anybody. ”

“Perfect except for one flaw - We've stayed at properties in Vista Cay several times and it's a perfect location for commuting to the convention center and the JW Marriott. The unit was clean and spacious and as shown in the description. The only issue we had were the insects. The unit is in need of an exterminator as there were ants in both bathrooms and the kitchen, silverfish in one bathroom and a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. Once the unit is sprayed it will be good to go.”

“Beautiful Place but not friendly at the clubhouse. - The first impression was Beautiful. My biggest concern was the air conditioner,I wanted it cooler but after a couple of hours it would always go back up to 76 degrees. We had an Ant problem and they came over right away to spray. The dishwasher wasn't attached to cupboard, we called and they knew about it but why didn't they have it fixed before we arrived? The drinks at the clubhouse were extremely pricey and not allowed carry ins. I'm fine with buying their drinks but I don't want to buy a half a bottle for one drinks worth. They would not blow up our rafts or let us use their air unless we bought the raft from the gift shop. ”

“The apartment its great!!. All are according as promised and in very good state. The location is very good, but you need the car to go averywhere, always rent a car in Orlando... We didn't have the opportunity to know in person our host, (maybe because we arrive very late, stay out of the apartment a lot and depart very early!!) but everything we need was previously explained, easy to understand, and its easy to see that this is a company behind Dennis and have a lot of experience and background in this type of services. You will see a lot of properties in Airbnb that belong to VISTACAY, if you like the complex, we recommend Dennis and Casiola to make your arrangements. We surely use their service in the future!! ”

“Super Clean - The unit , building and the grounds are all very clean and manicured. The unit itself is quite roomy, the living room has very comfortable furniture and nice TV, the kitchen is well appointed and up to date on appliances and fixtures. The formal dining room is not of much use when you are on vacation, however it is set up nicely. The bathrooms are the only areas that have not been updated, however they are very clean and spacious. The bathroom towels are all new. The beds are very comfortable and have nice bedding. We had a few minor maintenance issues but Casiola provided quick and courteous service. ”

“Nice, clean, comfortable - This property was a good alternative to a hotel room. The kitchen was nice (though definitely plan on picking up all spices, detergents you might need). The unit was spacious with pleasant lighting.The master bed was very comfy, a huge bonus while traveling. It is close to the convention center, but not really walking distance to much. The only downside to the unit is that it is right on the parking lot, which was noisy at night. ”

“The NY Getaway in Orlando was Excellent - We truly enjoyed our stay! We were provided access to the gated community and suite so that formal check-in and check-out weren't necessary. The suite was very clean and felt like home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need to prepare a full course meal and the dining area comfortably accommodates 6 seated guests. The main bath was quite spacious with a double sink, a whirlpool tub, a large shower and toilet within it's own space separated from the main bath area by a wall. There is a club house equipped with an exercise room, outdoor pool and hot tub, gift shop and game arcade. The rental was a real gem and we will recommend this property to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay and see you next year!”
