“Condo was great - well maintained and had all the amenities to easily make it a home from home. Communication with Casiola staff was excellent - very responsive and overall we really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Only issue was on second week a family moved in to apartment above us (#307 I believe) who were very noisy for a few nights - excessive shouting and banging - sounded like abusive family (male) behavior. Not Casiola problem but this was the only negative we experienced during our stay. However, highly rated the Vista Cay condominium complex and will stay again if we return to Orlando. ”

“Almost Perfect - The property was very clean with everything we needed except for a working dryer. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I washed our bath towels and was unable to dry them! Luckily the pool towels were still clean. We loved being in walking distance to some restaurants and grocery store. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear cars zoom down the road and maybe birds since it's next to a small pond. The second bedroom is in need of a real dresser (instead of a decorative one, drawers too small) and the bathroom counters are lower than standard. Very spacious bathrooms. All in all, we were still pleased with the unit.”

“Great location, walking distance to Publix and other shops. We preferred the second pool, it was close to us and less crowded. The balcony was nice, however there was a hornets nest. Condo was pretty clean, kitchen was nice, but some dishes were kinda dirty. Liked that there were plenty of beach towels and some coffee with sugar and cream, also enjoyed the welcome gift of Oreos! We would stay here again, Felt very safe and check in was easy. A suggestion would be to stock some Kleenex.”

“Dennis’ place is big enough for a family in vacation. Everything is equipped and well thought for the guests. The check-in was easy and fast; no need to see anyone in the front gate since it could be open with a code just like the door to the apartment. Parking is totally chill, there are always parking spots and no need to worry about it. In the apartment, Dennis left us some sweets and a welcome/greeting card for the stay. Also, there was a coffeemaker with coffee, sugar and cream just like a hotel. The cleanliness of the whole apartment is well done. Can’t complain about it. Both rooms have tvs just like the living room, perfect for a movie night with your family. and the apartment have high-speed internet connection. Totally recommend it if you are going to Universal Studios since it’s 12-15mins away driving.”

“Perfect place for us! - The apartment was in a great location for the family to go to Universal Studios, Sea World and Fun Spot America. We used Uber and Lyft exclusively versus renting a car and paying for parking. The transportation costs probably turned out to be a wash or slightly more expensive going our route, but life was easier not having to deal with the driving and parking hassles. All of the drivers turned out to be very friendly. You have closer access to the parks when being dropped off and picked up via Uber or Lyft. Since the apartment had a kitchen, we used an outstanding local Chef ( ) to cook all of our meals. <br/>The kids played in the nearby pool and accessed the game room a couple of times on the property. The apartment was very clean, had ample towels and if we needed any more supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags or sunscreen, we could go to the Publix grocery store which was just 5 minutes away walking. There is also a UPS Store located almost adjacent to the Publix and we sent the extra stuff we had accumulated home versus overloading our luggage. <br/>One of the toilets had an issue with the float valve not operating properly, so the water wouldn't cut off. We notified the facility and it was replaced the following day while we were at a park. <br/>When picking this location, we were most concerned with the potential for noise, as there are apartments located on either side, above and below. We did hear other people from time to time in the other apartments and we did hear cars or sirens from the nearby road, but it never inhibited our sleep. It helped that we were usually exhausted from our day of activities. If we were to go back, we would stay in this apartment again and recommend it to friends and family. ”

“We came to Orlando for the weekend for the University of Florida vs. University of Miami game at Camping World stadium, only 12 minutes away. So the location was convenient. The condo was exceedingly spacious so we did not feel we were on top of each other. It is beautifully appointed as if a design professional had a hand in decorating. It was very clean and cleanliness is critical for us. The pool was great. The owner graciously left a full package of Oreos which was greatly appreciated. We had some minor complaints. 1–it is not brand new. We saw evidence of wear in many places. Maybe the ownership is brand new for this particular owner. 2–There is a lake view but it’s obstructed by a highway and trees. 3–The first night, the noise from the frogs in the lake kept us up. Oddly, the second night we hardly heard them. 4–Our biggest complaint was about the frequent emails and kitchen computer that kept blinking reminders about the 11 am checkout. No one who is on vacation wants constant reminders that they have to leave. In addition, we asked if we could check in two hours earlier and we were notified there was a substantial fee—about $50-75 for either early check in or late check out. Out of more than 100 Airbnb experiences we’ve had, we have never seen that. 5–The kitchen was nicely stocked but does not come with a pitcher for lemonade”

The towels were of good quality. Plenty of kitchenware to cook or eat take out. The AC worked great. The appliances were sparkling. Another perk is the shopping center next door. The Diner is a fantastic place to catch lunch or breakfast; their food is great and service friendly. The NYPD Pizza location makes very good NY style pizza; the wait and constant take out orders assured us the quality was high. Both places are reasonably priced. It’s great having these places right next door but far enough away that you don’t know they’re there.”

The remote controls for the TVs had old batteries that had leaked, so kids were upset right off the start, (hard to go by batteries after a long day of flying)! The place was very bear on basic household supplies, so be prepare to do a grocery shop and not worry about trowing staples away as you leave, or just use the place for sleep only, taking ALL your meals, including morning coffee somewhere else. Not my best RBandB experience. I will give a 2 and 1/2 star.”

“Great idea with the stroller that was included in the room. The graco play-yard should be useful for kids that are young. Beach towels included in the laundry room if you are looking for them. The supermarket right outside the gate is very useful if you have young kids and forget a thing or two. Don't forget the condiments, oils for cooking while at the market because the kitchen is wiped completely clean of anything except non-edible utensils and pans. “Had a great stay at Dennis' condo. Access was very easy; After my taxi dropped me off, I took the elevator upstairs, and used my access code to open the door and start unpacking. Everything was as pictured -- clean, new, and comfortable. It was quiet at night, which made it easy to get to sleep. I basically used half the condo, as the other large bedroom and full bath were not needed. At the same time, having all the space of the living room and kitchen was nice. And sitting on the veranda and kicking back after a long day at the convention center was a treat. I stayed seven nights and found that getting back and forth to the convention center was a quick process, thanks to many Uber and Lyft drivers in the area. I did not want to rent a car and search for parking at the convention center each morning, so I used Uber and Lyft. For the ambitious, it's possible to walk there, but walking there was basically a nonstarter for me. If I were here on vacation, I would definitely want to rent a car to get around. Try sampling some of the many local restaurants that are a little outside the conference center/theme park loops, such as 4 Rivers Smokehouse (Winter Park -- the brisket is fantastic!), Pio Pio (Columbian -- Red Snapper and perfect rotisserie chicken are most popular) and Il Pescatore (Italian -- Tortellini di Stefano is ridiculously good). They are all 4,5-star rated restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay at Dennis' condo the next time I'm in the Orlando area and I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

The 111 bus to and from the airport is $2 and the stops are very close. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. The supermarket and other stores are a short walk away. The apartment is spacious and much bigger than I needed, but still cheaper than a hotel, and I liked having a kitchen. I highly recommend this apartment. ”

“This is a really good apartment in the suburbs of Orlando. There is a really great supermarket nearby for anything you might need. The apartment is spacious and is exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was super simple and convenient with a keyless entry system. Do keep in mind that the checkout time is very strict and the cleaners will be there at exactly 11am kicking you out (sometimes rudely) unless you have prior arrangements for late checkout. If you plan to leave before 11am on your checkout day, I would definitely recommend this apartment!”

“The host is pretty cool, and the community is nice. The only thing which is not that perfect is we can only check in at 4pm, which is kind of too late. And we didn't realize 4pm check-in time is mandatory, and we arrived early (at around 2pm), but couldn't get in. So my family and I waited for almost 2 hours to finally settle down.”

“In advance of the trip, Dennis sent probably the most thorough and clear instructions for check in that I have ever received. The whole key system is perfectly simple, you'll see when you book it. The stay itself was relaxing and felt like home. When travelling for pleasure or business, I prefer AirBNB to a hotel and this apartment is a great example of why. I was doing a work trip with a colleague and we made ourselves at home at opposite ends of the place. Will be perfect for a family or a group of adult friends. The convention centre is walking distance away for the adventurous ones, and a very short ride by car. The shopping plaza next door meant that we stocked up and did breakfasts and some meals in the apartment - forget the cost, just the convenience of it makes the mornings nice. Great place, beautifully appointed, lovingly looked after. ”

“Condo with a view - I think the title says it all. Beautiful place with 2 king size beds, just what we needed at the end of the day. Nice view of a sunset on the lake, which has an alligator! Our a/c went out on Saturday, the management group had it fixed that afternoon, Grant was our hero. If I was to want anything different about this condo, it would be ceiling fans in the rooms. Other than that we had a great stay in a beautiful condo, thank you.”

“This is a great appartment! It was exactly as in pictures. Arriving at the apparment was great: the place was spotless and the table was set. There are three TVs, bath, shower, washing machine and dryer. Vista Cay is a superb resort: a pool&whirlpool next to this appartment and another one by the clubhouse. Good Publix supermarket just next door and Wahlgreens for late night needs by the clubhouse. The place is 15 minutes from both Disney and Universal as well as the outlets. It was easy and smooth to work with Dennis. He was prompt with his answers and the instructions before arrival are detailed and clear. A fantastic place for you holiday in Orlando!”

“Very good accommodation - Best accommodation we had during our tour in Florida (Family, 6 Persons, from Switzerland). In protected Resort (area access via Code). Room Nr. 207; Clean and quiet accommodation; lovelly and tastefully interior. Large, fully equipped kitchen; 2 full baths, washer and dryer, terrace view on the lake, very close to shopping and restaurants, not far from Seaworld and Universal Studios (15Min). Definitely recommended!!!”

“Excellent Vacation! - We stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law for a week of fun at Daytona Speedway. It was just a short drive (less than an hour) to the track and very convenient to dining and shopping around Orlando. The condo was comfortable with quality beds and nice furnishings. Everything we needed was available including kitchen items and basic bath needs. We would definitely stay here again if the occasion arose. ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Dennis' condo. The place's windows face out onto a small lake and the air is filled with bird song. No traffic noise at all. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning and were serenaded by cardinals. Lovely. ”

“Amazing experience! - Our condo was perfect for 3 adults and a 20 month old toddler. It was equipped with a booster seat, a pack 'n play and a stroller! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, beach towels and bed sheets. The pool and kiddie pool were a hit! Very well located within 10 minutes of all Theme Parks and a 15 minute walk from the convention center (although the convention center is huge and takes a good 20 minutes to walk through... so if you're in West End, make sure you leave early. Luckily there was a shuttle going from our resort to the convention center). All in all, we were very satisfied with our condo and we would recommend it to anyone! We would gladly go back.”

“Great spot to visit Disney & Universal - Well decorated and clean 2br/2ba. It was great for 4 adults. The well stocked kitchen make in handy as well as the Publix right outside the gated community. The drive to Universal was 10 minutes and to Disney was about 15 minutes. Would definitely used this place again.”
