“Overall, we had a great stay. There were a couple issues that we faced during our stay that could have been improved. 1. The appliances - we had issues with the fridge temperature - the back of the fridge froze much of our food and lots of it ended up going to waste. It was tested by a technician and determined indeed to be way too cold. However, we did not feel like this was sufficiently resolved during our stay 2. The dryer was extremely slow and would not work well despite not filling it much. I think the dryer probably needs a good cleaning/blow through, not sure the last time it was done. 3. Finally, it would be really beneficial to have more pool/shower towels. Especially with a poor dryer, this was extremely challenging for our large party. I would recommend providing sufficiently extra towels (pool, shower, hand etc.) to help offset this issue and to provide increased convenience for our stay. ”

“This place was fantastic for our family. We had ample space for 6 adults and 5 kids, the resort pool was incredible and a great place for kids to play in the water and cool down. It was a short drive to Disney, then plenty to do at the house when we were not at the parks. Definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends and family.”

“The kitchen is well equipped so that families can easily cook meals. The beds were very comfortable. I really liked the privacy border around the pool and screened patio. The toaster in our home could be replaced. The style makes it that you burn your fingers almost each time you reach because it has metal higher than the opening where the toast comes out. The dryer did not dry very well, so it may need to be looked at. For some reason the survey will not let me leave stars for the question about Your Home I do want to book again soon (without kids. Lol) ”

“RUN.. RUN.. from this location.. The house is an older house and the photos are photoshopped to give the idea of fresh and clean. It is not that at all... The walls are dirty.. like children have written on all the walls. the carpet is old and stained. The host stated, " He did not believe they were that bad" .. not sure of his standard at his home but it was gross.. (we had crawling babies). Then no internet... we had no phone service and would direct them to communicate via the house phone and NOPE... would send messages to our Airbnb app and we would not receive until we would go outside the home and then would get their excuses. Complained and all we could get was I am sorry you are having issues, we will get someone to contact you... again no verbal contact only through the app.. Items were damaged in the home and when brought to their attention.. I WAS ASKED TO TAKE PICTURES AND SEND... shouldn't the cleaning crew that cleaned the home noticed those items and REPORTED to them and not me now going around the home to make sure that I am not charged for broken items.. Cleaners were suppose to come on our first night there and guess what NOPE again.. No call no show.. then asked Dennis could we get an ETA and he stated NO ETA.. reached back out to 800 number they provide and they act like they have NO IDEA who you are or WHAT your concerns are and just apologize and promise they will have someone call... Finally the cleaning showed up at 6 PM on the 2nd night there after we already WASHED every single bed linen as THEY ARE NOT WASHED AT ALL... We had to go buy bleach and wash 9 sets of bed linens. When we expressed that, all was got was SORRY... So the person before paid a cleaning bill and NO cleaning was done.. We found fruit loops under the coffee table, spider webs in the corners of the home. Once we found this you know we began to check all over. Moved the furniture and guess what... So much trash and dirt that NO ONE is cleaning they are spot cleaning and nothing more. Internet was never fixed and we had family members that needed to finish up work and had to go to a restaurant in order to complete work. The amenities center is NO where near as BIG and the photos show. The lazy river is probably 1/3 of what is shown in the photos. There is NO Game room.. The gym closes because the employees do not want to work. (that was stated to us, while all three played on their phones) They say that you are going to receive great service and YET.. YOU ARE NOT!!! they have your monies and all they do is say sorry but have no URGENCY to fix any concerns you have. CASIOLA is who manages the property... SO.. I would suggest to be very cautious if you secure through Airbnb for this company. Sadly my host was DENNIS, who is the CEO and Founder for CASIOLA.. SAD.. SO SAD...”

“We had a good time overall. The kitchen was clean and filled with most common utensils. The bathrooms and bedrooms were like the pictures. The living room and pool was smaller than expected but that didn't impact our stay. The place needs minor fixing up. The sliding glass door had broken handles with screws jutting out, some vertices kept falling down, a few drains clogged up, and the dryer took a long time to heat up. We had wet towels folded on our bed when we arrived. The wifi was a major issue. The network information they gave us was incorrect. We called a half dozen times without receiving a response. We went our whole stay without being able to connect. Unfortunately, T-mobile must not any towers near by because we had no signal the whole weekend. We had a great time though. The AC was cold and the beds were comfortable. We would strongly consider coming back in the future.”

“We had a decent time in the home. - The stay was nice, minor issues like a clogged sink a messed up door in a room upstairs, no Wifi the first two days (but it was vacation) and the random cleaning done to the pool kind of surprised us, but overall I enjoyed the stay. There’s a bad need for a paint job and touch ups in the home, and the air on 75 does not keep the upstairs cool. Management was responsive to all request and made sure to fix issues as needed. It’s a vacation home and I’m sure there a lot of people in and out of it, so be mindful. I also did not like the cleaning crew was outside the home waiting for us to leave, we felt rushed to leave at 10:30. Check out was at 11.”

“Good value - We aren’t too fussy and don’t have expectations of perfection when it comes to rental properties. Yes, it could use a deep clean and some minor fixes but overall it was comfortable and met our needs very well. Props to Casiola for throwing in free use of the grill and for being responsive to needs when reported. We’d stay again.”

“The communication with Dennis from start to finish was good. He was very responsive before and during our stay. We have a few issues with cleanliness and missing blinds in the downstairs master bedroom. Other issues present were resolved within 24 hours. The location was great very close to the attractions and the privacy screen on the pool was a major plus! I would recommend as the customer service was great”

“This house is very spacious enough to fit 3 to 4 families comfortable, bedrooms are nicely decorated, kitchen is well stocked, game room has good space but because it’s in the garage it gets hot during daytime in summer months, great house pool enough for at least 8 people, the community is well located if you are planning to visit Disney but a bit far from Orlando. The clubhouse pool is nice with great amenities, concierge service is very attentive and responds to any issues with a sense of urgency. It’s a better stay than the average airbnb because of the concierge service available by phone.”

“Home away from Home! - We had a fantastic 8-night stay at this home, wish we could have stayed longer. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and very spacious. Don't remember reading pool depth in the listing but it goes from about 3 feet on one end to 5 feet on the other end, this is key to know if you have little ones. Grocery and restaurant options are quick 5-10 min drive away once you get familiar with the location. Having traveled in the COVID pandemic this house was very clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Fabulous family vacation home. - Overall, we had a great vacation rental experience. However, there were a few issues I'd like to share... With 11 people staying in the home, we needed to use every bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs shared bathroom was challenging to use because there was a large window in the middle of the shower that did not have a window treatment. That meant that anyone who used that bathroom/shower was on display. That was especially true because that bathroom window overlooks the front yard/street. Another concern was the sliding door from the kitchen to the pool area. That particular door did not lock properly and there wasn't a security bar for the slider. The home was beautifully staged, but we weren't sure if it would be a problem to move all the dishes/glassware on the tables and counter top. At first we tried to just push them out of the way, but we ended up loading everything in the dishwasher. As a result, we ran out of dishwasher pods.”

“Great home - The home is wonderful and very comfortable. The community pool and cantina were fun and the staff was very nice. The home could use a few things like seasonings (only salt and pepper provided), more than one dish towel in kitchen, side tables in living room to put down drinks while sitting on couch or chair. We rented home for one week and was locked out mid week. Management company does not pay attention to details. Would have given 5 stars if not for all the troubles with management company.”

“This place is great. Very nice and spacious place. Clean and organized. Fun themed bedrooms for the kids. Great open kitchen with almost everything you need (didn’t know I needed coffee filters and they didn’t leave one to start). Enclosed back patio pool was great for us. Upstairs master mattress wasn’t great though. Too soft and couldn’t get comfortable. But communication with property manager was great and the resort pool area was so fun for the kids. “Summer Stay with Soccer Team - Enjoyed this so much! The house was beautiful and gave us plenty of space for everyone. Three sets of parents and five 14yr old boys all stayed comfortably. They enjoyed the game room and the pool a lot. Also, the neighborhood amenities were AMAZING. Massive community pool, lazy river, complimentary arcade, poolside bar and lounge for parents.... great fun! Location was great as well.... only 1 exit away from Disney theme parks. “This is an awesome place that fits a large family. Everyone was able to have their own space. There were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large family, featuring two masters, one upstairs and one downstairs. The pool was small but fun for the kids. We did have some trouble checking in so make sure that the code they give you is accurate. The WiFi was also not consistent but they were sure to address the issue in a timely fashion. I think some of the linens should be replaced because they have stains on them (they were cleaned, permanently stained.”
