Magic Kingdom

Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration: When you combine a surprise party with your favorite Disney characters, anything can happen! Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration brings one-of-a-kind festivities to the Magic Kingdom. During the party, enjoy visits from long-lost Disney friends and other rarely seen characters. All your favorite rides and attractions get a mini-makeover with fun, new whimsical looks. Disney veterans will love the revamped interactive games with new hidden Mickey challenges, plus speciality food options. Complete the experience with limited-edition “Ears to Mickey” merchandise and collectibles. 

More Magical Moments: Guests are treated to even more magical moments this year with extra-special cast appearances. Find yourself next to your favorite Disney Princess on Space Mountain. Mickey Mouse just might show up in line for Dumbo the Flying Elephant or at your favorite restaurant. You never know who you might see this year! Along with your favorite characters, keep an eye out for hand-painted rocks and other magical items hidden throughout the park. 

Mickey’s Move It! Shake It! Mouskedance It! and Festival of Fantasy Parade: Mickey and Minnie take center stage at this shakin’ and groovin’ celebration! Excitement mounts during the street jubilee, winding up and down Main Street USA. Grab a front-row seat to the Festival of Fantasy Parade, celebrating your favorite Disney stories with decked-out floats, amazing costumes and original music. Mickey and Minnie lead the way through the streets of the Magic Kingdom, bringing all their friends along for the ride. 

Happily Ever After: End the perfect day at Disney with the newest and most spectacular fireworks showcase in Magic Kingdom history. Happily Ever After keeps the Disney magic going, leaving you with memories that will last a lifetime. Cinderella Castle transforms with lasers, lights and projections, retelling your favorite Disney stories in a whole new way. 

Hollywood Studios

An Incredible Celebration: Pixar Avenue takes on a new look, transforming into your favorite superhero city, Metroville. Let your inner superhero shine during this unbelievable experience with the whole Incredibles gang. From the eye-catching decor to the live entertainment to the character appearances, you’ll feel like you’ve step right into the bad-guy busting action. Strike a superhero pose at the dimensional scenes along the street, as you make your way to the bandstand at the end of the street. Here’s where the party really gets started with music, dancing, interactive games and visits from your favorite characters. Don’t miss a stop at Edna Mode’s super suit gallery to pick out your superhero duds!

Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy: On your mark, get set, GO! Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy puts you in the driver’s seat to hone your racing skills. Come along for the ride as Lightning passes along his racing knowledge to rookie racers. Along the way, you’ll see some old friends (and some foes!) as Lightning saves the day once again. After the show, pose outside the Sunset Showcase with Cruz Ramirez, one of Radiator Springs newest racers. 

Other highlights at Hollywood Studios includes Mike and Sully character greetings and the grand opening of Toy Story Land. Get your scare on at Monsters, Inc. meeting your favorite monsters-in-residence. Over in the newly-opened Toy Story Land, explore 11 acres of playtime fun featuring Woody, Buzz and all the toy box friends. Once you step through the entrance, you’re magically transformed to the size of toys. Hop on Slinky Dog Dash, traveling through Andy’s backyard and jump aboard the Swirling Saucers. A trip to Toy Story Land isn’t complete without viewing the 4D Toy Story Mania action adventure. 

Epcot

Illuminations: Reflections of Earth Farewell: It’s been captivating audiences for two decades, but it’s now time to say goodbye to this jaw-dropping show. Illuminations: Reflections of Earth is in its final run ending in September 2019. A must-see for Disney rookies and veterans alike, the spectacular show boasts heart-pumping music, thrilling laser and fire show and awe-inspiring fireworks. 

Frozen Ever After: Let Elsa and Anna be your guides on this Arendelle adventure! Sing along with your favorite characters as the boat glides through a special “Summer Snow Day” celebration. Cap the experience off with pictures with Anna and Elsa at the Royal Sommerhaus next door. 

Animal Kingdom

The Lion King 25th Anniversary: It’s been 25 years since the Lion King stole our hearts and made us fall in love with the African savannah. Disney’s Animal Kingdom celebrates this year with new shows, parties and more. Festival of the Lion King brings your favorite characters to the stage, along with all your favorite songs from the film. Timon, Rafiki, and the crew get the party started at the Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party, complete with a fiery Caribbean street band. The anniversary party also includes photo opportunities with two immersive backdrops. 

Rivers of Light: Enjoy a new story during the popular Rivers of Light show. Learn how Walt Disney used influences from nature to create the classic films we all know and love. The experience boasts projection and lighting effects, beautiful music and stirring images from Disneynature films. The combination of water, sound and light brings Disney films like The Lion King, Tarzan and Jungle Book to life. 

Tree of Life Awakenings: The Tree of Life Awakenings receives an animal-themed makeover this year. The world beat/orchestra-style new music score provides the perfect soundtrack for the mesmerizing show of color and light. 

Pandora — The World of Avatar: Be transported to a world beyond belief at Pandora—The World of Avatar. Wander the other-worldly terrain with floating mountains, glowing fauna and flora and native drum circle. A mountain banshee takes you on a thrilling 3D flight high above the world of Pandora.
