"The home in size was perfect . There wasn't enough amenities for the size and the total people of the home. We had to buy more trash bags, paper towel and even soap. I was disappointed that I had to purchase the propane for the grill. The movie room wasn't working and the pool sticks didn't have tips."

"Check in was easy and the house is huge. It is a bit dated and house is worn. Pool was not cleaned and we paid for heat but they sent someone the next day to correct. We had 1 fork for a 14 bedroom house, that was a bit odd. Overall, we had a nice time. "

"The size of the house was perfect for 30 adults, the bedrooms are spacious, however there was several issues with the house. The lights in the pool didn't work, the wide screen in the theater room didn't work, the ice hockey machine was broke and the pool table had a hole in so there the balls kept falling to the floor. The outside patio furniture was filthy dirty no one could sit on it and the back of the patio had built up algae all over it that needed to be power washed. The ice machine in the freezer wasn't working properly we had to buy ice. The one thing that was very dangerous as soon as I w0alked in the house I went to go open the garage so we could unload I slipped and almost fell there was as puddle of water on the floor from a leah in the ceiling coming from on of the vents. I called immediately to management after 2 hours I called again and someone showed up after about 3 and a half hours mean while I had to use pool towels to put on the floor to keep the floor somewhat dry. The one thing that really irritated me is I specifically called and asked if there was a grill on site I was told that property didn't have one so I had to change my menu for my birthday dinner. So after we bought all this food for mexican I discover a grill on the patio I was pissed. Another why have a hou0se0 equipped to hold 30 people and one iron people are standing in line waiting to iron.Jusy an fyi if you're going to have white leather furniture in your rental property you should probably have it professionally cleaned that's just my opinion and speaking of cleaned the carpet in some of the bedrooms need to be cleaned.

"Our group was very pleased with the rental. Our group was a 12-guy buddy golf trip and this property was perfect. Every room had comfortable beds for adults. On past trips to Orlando we usually find a few rooms are setup for children and the beds are not comfortable. We were also surprised that with the large number of bathrooms and people everyone had hot water for morning showers. We elected to pay for the hot tub and pool to be heated. The hot tub got very hot. We have found that to be a problem at other rentals as well. For January I would recommend paying for the heated pool. Within a 10-minute drive of the property there are several grocery stores and restaurants. My only criticism was the projector in the theater room needed its bulb replaced. It had a large black spot in the middle of the picture. Also, the projector was non-HD. "

"Home was very spacious with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to go around. Fit 26 people in there comfortably. Kitchen was open for room to cook and eat. Would definitely stay again."
