The common area is inviting and has some organizational features such as generous seating, a coffee table, hutch, a flat-screen television, coat hooks, shoe basket and a place for keys. The fully stocked kitchen showcases full sized stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous island, ready to fill pantry, a large dining table and breakfast bar, and a Margarita maker machine-where the fun begins!

The 1st floor bedroom is cozy and convenient for those who don’t desire stair climbing. It’s designed in a serene and classic sailing theme. It offers a king size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and a dresser and closet to help you unpack and unwind. In addition, this bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, large glass walk-in shower, and a private toilet room. This suite is a sailor's haven!

Make your way upstairs to the spacious 2nd bedroom with a tranquil color palette and fun fish theme. It highlights two twin beds, a dresser, closet, nightstand, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub/shower, and private toilet room. This room is a must-have, whether you're traveling with children, friends, or extended family!

You will also find a fun loft area on the 2nd floor. This is the perfect spot to “anchor away” your kids, so you can “catch” a break! You can also snuggle up for movie nights, watch your favorite shows, or have game time with family or friends in this multi-use room.

The loft features a wall-mounted flat-screen television, side tables, ottomans, and an extra-large sectional with a built-in chaise lounge and queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. This spacious room also holds an enclosed full size laundry area, so you can feel free to pack light or stay longer. The loft opens out to a west facing outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy stunning sunset views while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the pool. We hope you have a license to chill, because this breezy walk out balcony was built for rest and relaxation!

The 3rd bedroom is a spectacular master suite on the 2nd floor with a bold and sleek ocean theme. Presenting a view out to the balcony and pool. This gorgeous room includes a king size bed, matching nightstands, dresser, closet, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and modern walk-in shower. This bedroom suite is a private oasis, sure to please!

If you love dining al-fresco or getting a little sun-kissed, you will love taking advantage of the outdoor covered dining area, lounge chairs, and oh-did we mention, your very own swimming pool with a half-bath connected! Whether you prefer a daytime dip or a midnight swim, there is never a wrong time to be knee deep in your gated backyard pool!

You can even add optional pool heat for only $25/day + tax.*** We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

Free WiFi is included, so you have the option to stay connected while you’re at sea.

The resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal Studios. It’s walk-able to “Sunset Walk”, an entertainment destination with many dining and retail options. Including a dine-in movie theater, and a 14-acre waterpark.

This home is located in the Margaritaville Resort, but you will NOT have access to the Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities.
