Meanwhile, the common room is conveniently situated just a few flip flop shuffles away! There, you will find two large couches, a deluxe entertainment center, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. Not to mention, the double coffee table and a Bahamian-esque tray table make it absolutely effortless to kick back and chill.

Get ready to fall hard because this next room is going to steal your parrot-lovin’ heart! Located on the 1st floor, you’ll find a king size bed, matching nightstands, a wall-mounted flat-screen television, and a private bathroom!

On the 2nd floor, before you uncover two more stellar dwellings, but first you will encounter yet another tropical-themed common space! This time, it includes an arcade, providing endless hours of fun for the whole family and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor is a junior master suite offering a king size bed, walk-in closet, wall-mounted flat-screen television, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity sinks as well as your very own private balcony with gorgeous lake views.

Make your way up to the 3rd floor where you’ll find the spacious master suite offering a king size bed, walk-in closet, wall-mounted flat-screen television, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, garden tub, double vanity sinks, and direct access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom on the 3rd floor also offers a king size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink, as well as direct access to the balcony.

The 3rd floor patio contains two stylish Adirondack chairs and… are you ready for this… its very own private Margaritaville bar! Enjoy catching that warm Florida breeze with a drink in your hand, overlooking the landscape’s stunning vistas!

Last but not least, make your way down to the patio and take a well-deserved dip in the pool! The patio offers a convenient outdoor bathroom, a beautiful lakeview to enjoy while soaking up the sun, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill you can fire up and make it a night you won’t forget underneath the stars! You can even turn your spa into a hot tub by adding an optional pool and spa heat package for only $25/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

Also equipped with a full size washer and dryer makes packing for your vacation a breeze!

The resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal Studios. It’s walk-able to “Sunset Walk”, an entertainment destination with many dining and retail options. Including a dine-in movie theater, and a 14-acre waterpark.

***This home is located in the Margaritaville Resort, but you will NOT have access to the Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities.(Although with your own private pool, you probably won't miss it much!) ***
