“Complaint: (1) DIFFERENT UNIT THAN THE ONE LISTED AND GIVEN ON ITINERARY. We received the itinerary, and the address provided was not the actual address. In fact, it was much different and on the other side of the resort in an active, noisy, and trash-filled construction zone. Even the agents at the resort check-in gate were confused. (2) MISLEADING LISTING. On multiple counts, this is a misleading listing. Primarily due to the fact that the unit we were provided was NOT the unit listed, it makes sense that nothing was as advertised. ADVERTISED ADDRESS: 7553 Oak Spring Ln ACTUAL ADDRESS: 7553 Misty Oak Circle Two completely different places. The one side was not a construction site, and the side they sent us to was a construction site. Unacceptable, especially for a pregnant woman. (3) NEGLECTED SUPPORT. We waited around for an hour after traveling all day to this location. We called the support number provided on the AirBnb listing and were met with outsourced, lazy, arrogant employees who hung up on us twice when we asked how to find the property. Then, without any context or explanation, they provided us an utterly different address (in the active construction site) and hung up immediately after. We were jarred. (4) HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENT. The environment of this property was hazardous on many counts, especially for a pregnant woman. There were commercial-grade dumpsters literally in the middle of the road with construction-grade items being thrown into, and debris flying out of, said dumpsters. There were ants crawling in and out of the front door, which we could only merely look at because of the next issue; (5) INVALID KEY CODE. My pregnant wife hang around for an hour squatted down outside of this unit charging her phone in an ant colony pit because we couldn't even enter the new unit for emergency needs because the key code didn't even work. Appalling. (6) LACK OF WILLINGNESS TO RESOLVE IN A CIVIL FASHION. The host simply ignored all of our other complaints and said he'd send somebody to pick up the trash. He ignored the fact that he sent us to a completely different unit than the one advertised; he ignored the fact that it was on a construction site; he ignored the fact is was dangerously noisy and completely contrary to his claim on the listing: "If you have a taste for the finer things, get ready to feast your eyes of the piéce de resistance!" The only things we feasted our eyes on were vile all around. (7) EXTRA EVIDENCE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. Additional evidence in the format of video is available upon request by AirBnb, Inc. Such video evidence contains a glance at noise levels, construction workers, dumpsters, and a walk around of the extent of the trash. Have been in contact with AirBnb rep and he bounced me off to a different department and never seem to get any response. I'm disputing it with my bank as of today.”
