“The order of the pictures in the ad were we mixed up and I would like to see all of the house pictures before seeing the pictures of the common areas. I didn\'t realize how far away from the home the common areas were, but that wasn\'t really an issue because we never got a chance to use them. I had to un-jam the ice maker, but it works fine now. You need a new pool skimmer because the tiny bugs float right through the net and the net also had a big hole in it. Also, I couldn\'t give a rating on the \"your home\" because the stars wouldn\'t click! Otherwise, it was awesome.”

“The area and the property I stayed at was beautiful but the house was infested with roaches and yes I know bugs are common In Florida but the amount in the house was ridiculous we called multiple times to get the house sprayed for pest as I came from a home In Michigan bug free and I didn’t want to bring home anything the pest control came and the only used a 16oz can of pesticide and considered job well done.. but only sprayed the kitchen where the pest were amongst all other rooms upstairs and downstairs I have sent multiple pictures and the only response I got was “they sprayed so you’ll see them more” the Hot tub didn’t work and the pool kept draining not sure how often that happened but i think the house isn’t worth as much as they have it until they get all the pest cleared away and minor things updated. Florida was beautiful and I’d like to visit again but sadly will have to choose a different location. ”

“Enjoyed the stay, everything was very easy to do. Liked that we were not haggled for anything, the place was exactly as advertised, it was clean and it was comfortable. I very much appreciated that I was left to myself and although I didn’t have to communicate with Cadillac I feel like there was adequate information available for me to onsite if I needed too. ”

“The Jacuzzi did not work the pool didn’t look so clean however I’ve sent a few emails and I never received a response about it. Someone came to the house to check fire extinguishers and a check the knobs on the side of the house and he say someone will come by no one never came by and I have not gotten that one single answer to any of my emails.”

“For a large family or crowd, this is the way to go! - Our family of 13 was on Spring break, and for most, it was their first trip to Disney World. Disney properties are SO expensive and, at this time, really not worth the extra expense, so we opted for a house that would accommodate the whole family together. We had 7 small children, so this was perfect for us. Every part of the process was easy and quick. They were prompt to respond to my emails.”

“The house looks just like the photos. It was clean, easy to access and well stocked. I would make sure you bring trash bags, dishwasher tabs, ping pong balls/paddles and hand soap. There were plenty of towels. The games in the game room are a little distressed. Otherwise, the house is absolutely perfect.”

“House was run down.. Carpeting up stairs was lose around main area and the top of the stairs . AC inlets around the house were very dirty..The big screen protector didn’t work. The game room had Zero games in the PS4 and Xbox, the air hockey table was broken and wires hanging.. In the pool area we had zero cushions on the lounger or any of the pool chairs like pictures in the add..There was trash around the whole perimeter of the property.. But the worst part of all was a plumbing issue i had in the first floor bathroom it happen to backup from the toilet and spilled into the room connecting to it that i needed for my disabled mother, half the rooms carpet was extremely damp and smelled horrible… A “handyman” came the day after and cleaned up the bathroom and never came to vacuum the water out of the carpet for my mom.. Had to put towels down the whole time for her to walk over so she wouldn’t step in the carpet.. Overall this was a huge disappointment…”

“The house itself is great and looks just like the pictures except for the loungers by the pool which were not available for use. The house was clean though we did see roaches in the bedroom and kitchen which is expected in Florida. The furnishing were in good taste and the beds were comfortable. The house is located close to the parks. So overall, we had no issues with the house. We are, however, very disappointed with our interactions with the host and the tone of all communications with him. We booked this particular house because it said it allowed dogs and when we put in our reservation, we listed our small dog as coming with us. We then got a note from the manager that we had violated the rules of the house by bringing our dog and that dogs were not allowed. When we mentioned that the listing said they were, he argued that that wasn’t the case forcing us to take screenshots to send to him to prove we were not in violation. He had a terrible condescending tone and was very short during the whole process. Never apologized for the misunderstanding on his end. We then saw that the ice/water dispenser in the refrigerator was leaking and sent him a note about it. Maintenance came the next day unannounced and left a note that they came to unplug the toilet which was never our request. We had no clogged toilets. We sent another note asking for maintenance on the fridge, only to have maintenance tell us they’d have to send an appliance repairman and we wouldn’t have ice until the refrigerator was repaired. The appliance was never repaired, there was no communication on the topic, and no repair person ever arrived. We had to use towels to soak up the leaking fridge the entire length of our stay. Because of this poor communication and irritating incidents, we felt it was pointless to mention other issues we saw and encountered during our stay. Some of these included the alarm system chiming at all hours of the night, loud neighbors at all hours of the night, trash in all of the front common areas, etc. Additionally, the community is not really gated. The entrance gates are open 24hr a day allowing anybody into the area. The trash is collected daily and it seems most houses have no trash cans- this means that you walk out of your house to find up to a dozen trash bags that have been ripped open by wildlife. There is broken glass and trash remnants all over the parking lot common areas which was a concern with our kids. The game room looks cool in pictures but the game consoles are old and outdated so the kids didn’t have much interest in using them. The kitchen was also very poorly stocked. No kitchen towels, no colanders, barely any cooking tools. So although the house was fine, the management of the house left a lot to be desired. With the amount of homes available in the area we would never stay in this house again. The owners of this house do themselves a major disservice having this management company.”

“We had a great stay at the property. It is definitely like staying at a hotel with much better amenities and space. Rooms were spacious and the game room was a bonus since we had family of all ages visit us. The pool/spa never heated that would’ve made our stay even better - but we only had a few days there to enjoy. Also the dryer didn’t dry too fast so plan properly - it causes us to exit the property later than expected. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity!”

“The home is beautiful. But be aware, if you have any issues, as we did with the pool, you will be connected to a different Casiola representative each time you email or call. It took them 3 days to fix the pool. Heads up. If you go to use the Storey Lake amenities such as the resort pool, splash pad, lazy river, and water slides you will be hassled. Casiola says you don't need a pass, Storey Lake insists that you do, so make sure you have your reservation confirmation with you. The wifi connection is not good, it kept disconnecting. I would rent from Dennis again, but not Casiola.”

“Great place for a large group, had a lot of rooms for our group of 25. Large gathering areas. Easy access to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studio. Dennis was great, respond quickly to our needs and very accommodating. Check in was a breeze with lots of parking lots. The pool was a plus and the kids loved it. However, there are minimal essentials. You will need to buy more personal items such as shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, etc during your stay. Target is right around the corner if you need to grab something quick. We didn’t play the pool table since there was only 1 pool stick. There are some loose items in the house, which I think need a little tune up. Overall we are happy with our stay and be with our family.”

“This home is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! The game room was a disaster nothing worked, the projector didn’t work horrible internet service roaches all over the house and all the remotes had either no backs or no batteries and we paid for the heated pool and spa and it was ice cold! Washer didn’t work....and have the light bulbs in house didn’t work fridge light was out on one side..... chairs were broken on lanai and pictures look way better then home in person. We messaged the host since the minute we arrived and never got a response back our whole stay of 4 days!! So no amenities but yet we paid for them. Will never stay at one of there rentals again! Horrible experience and way over priced!”

“My family really enjoyed our time at this property. The house was spacious and the property is beautiful. There is ample self parking and Target is within walking distance. This property isn't on the main Storey Lake campus, so it's a bit removed from some of the amenities they offer. Also, the units are close together, so while we tried to enjoy time on the lanai, we had to listen to the music our neighbors were playing...the entire stay. We had some hiccups during our stay, due to the previous renters; but Dennis was so responsive and prompt. I really appreciated how quickly he worked to make us comfortable and to make sure we were accommodated. I certainly would stay at this property again, and would recommend it to any large family or group.”

“great home, terrible property management - the home was great, the right size for our family but we will not return. We paid extra to have the pool heated, it was running at 96 degrees. We asked to have it adjusted, nobody ever came. Poor customer service. There was trash between the homes, in the parking lots and on the lawns. The property was never cleaned.There was a loud party in the house next to us. Was asked security to speak to the people but the told us there was nothing they could do that we should call the police. Poor customer service. One night someone put all their trash in our bin. We had no room for our own trash. Part of our family left early because they felt unsafe. We are surprised the Marriott would be associated with such poor property management.”

“Mixed feelings - we reserved the house for 4 nights for a mini retreat with my kids and grandkids. We ended up staying only 2 nights. There were many issues that bothered us. I realize that not all were the fault of the owner. Here's a partial list: The swimming pool and jacuzzi were not in the best shape, even after we called and complained. A maintenance man came in the next day (Friday 7/24) and did some work but still not as we expect. We asked about the jacuzzi water and why it is cold. We were told there is an addition $25/day fee plus you needed 24 hours advance notice. I was not told this before. The door from the living room to the pool cannot be locked which can be a safety issue with children. In the second floor, the projector was not working. On our first night, our next-door neighbors had a wild party till almost 3 am. It really bothered us with loud music and screams. The air-conditioning was fine but the house was very humid though from the moment we came in. Somebody need to check this issue. In most my calls to the 800 number for help, I was put on hold for long time... and even got hung up on in one call. I don't see a valid reason, especially that your staff are working from home due to COVID 19 conditions. I believe your response to customer's requests should be better than this. On Friday 7/24, we went out in the evening and when we came back we found the gate closed. We had to go to the security and wait more than one hour in a long line in order to get a permit so we can go back home. We had many children with us that had to stay in the car for this long time. The cleanliness was okay in some but not all parts of the house.”

“We had a lot of fun with our family ! But Cleaning needs improvement. Bring your Lysol and be prepared to wipe down all common surfaces because this is not done properly by the cleaning crew .We found dry blood on the bedroom door of the minion room, The walls around the house were also very dirty with finger prints and blotches of brownish/ reddish smear.. the door knobs are not screwed properly they all kept falling off which also let us to believe they weren’t wiped / disinfected because they would have noticed this. we are still dealing with a pandemic and we expect and trusted that a property of this value to be taken extreme sanitary measures and precautions! WiFi needs improvement there is poor cellular service there and without WiFi we were totally disconnected from the world and had to step outside to make calls or get our own data to work ..We couldn’t use all amenities that related to internet. Gaming system or TVs .. internet/WiFi was finally repaired on our last day which was pointless kids only used the gaming for very short time .. some TVs still didn’t work, some light bulbs need to be changed.. customer service could also be improved - I sent an email directly to the company with photos immediately after I arrived with these issues and it has yet to be replied to I got 2 responses via Airbnb but didn’t solve or remediate my issues. Jacuzzi does not get hot and lastly No bbq grill here so bring your own We had a wonderful time despite all this because we were a big group and we enjoyed the space! The home was indeed beautiful but these issues need to be addressed”

“I highly recommend this listing ! The house is amazing... it’s both adult and kid friendly. My family really enjoyed the stay, only 2 things I was not a fan of .. one being that the pool after the 2nd day we noticed that the filter was not working and the water was turning color I contacted the company and they sent someone over to fix it.... the second thing is we threw away the trash but no one came for it, therefore the trash accumulated until the end of our stay.”

“Nice House - Stay could have been better - The house was nice and was as described. Since it was a new property the address wouldn't show up on the GPS but they let us know that and provided coordinates. However, there was minimal direction and the gate security wasn't able to help us so better directions would have really helped. Also, we requested and paid for heating for the pool and hot tub but we never got heat. We were told it would heat up in 12 to 24 hours and it didn't so we called for service. We were then told it was fixed and would heat up on 4 to 6 hours, it didn't. Service came again and we were told another 2/3 hour, it didn't. I got in contact one last time requesting a refund on the heat for the days we didn't get any and for service to fix it so we can actually use the hot tub. Thankfully, they refunded us easily but I was told said they would send someone to check it out but no one ever came and they never followed up which I found unprofessional.”

“Fun house for a big group with kids. I came here for a family reunion with 5 families, and there was enough space and beds for everyone. The game room and kids rooms are fun. We had a few hiccups though. The address on the airbnb listing was incorrect, although the management company provided the correct address, and the house was as pictured. Several of the amenities weren't able to be used, such as video game consoles without power cords, and the internet didn't work when we got there. The pool heating was fun, but took about a day and a half after check-in to warm up. We had a (false) alarm going off every night in the middle of the night. The management company was unable to fix it, so we had to wake up to reset the alarm every night. Overall, we had a fun visit, but expected more from the listing.”

“Lived here for a week with friends and their families. 3 families in total with 16 people in the house. Very spacious and never got in each other’s way. Very clean and comfortable beds. Very new construction and great amenities. Very professional communication with prompt reply. We liked the free welcome gift which was very thoughtful. The game room is a lot of fun and has great games including the latest gaming consoles with 2 separate TVs. Make sure to bring extra controllers as only one per console is provided. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool area is nice. If it’s winter it’ll cost you 25$ per day to heat up the pool. There’s a home theater which we didn’t use and this is part of a community which has a big pool area including a lazy river and kids area , gym etc. which we never used. All in all perfect for multiple families coming for a Disney vacation. All parks are within 10-15 mins by car which is a blessing when you come out after a long day in the park. Be aware that this is a new community and the house is a little difficult to find on the maps. But very easy to check in and check out. I would give my stay here a 5 star. Def. recommend it.”

“Beware, Denny baited and then switched my rental two days before arrival . He tried to charge me the same amount for a cheaper house, but Airbnb support corrected his so call mistake. The house was horrible, no hot water the first two days, water kept backing up in the bathroom tubs on the main floor, the WiFi didn’t work proper until the last day we were there and the AC stopped working. The management company (Casiola) customer service is horrible, the lady that answers the phone should be fired or retained.”
