Island chill

Aruba is small, safe, and modern, so you can make our entire island your playground.

To the south and west, Aruba is alive with our world-famous white sandy beaches, resorts, shopping, and nightlife. To the north, waves and wind sculpt rugged coastlines and limestone cliffs. And in our heart, Arikok National Park protects a sprawling landscape of desert sand, towering cacti, and natural wonders.

Neighborhoods & Beaches

Eagle Beach is often ranked among the most beautiful beaches in the world, and it’s easy to see why. Picture powder-white sand that stays cool under your feet, calm turquoise water perfect for swimming, and those iconic fofoti trees leaning into the breeze. Our vacation homes are just steps away from Eagle Beach, so you can wake up and stroll straight to the shoreline.

A few minutes north you’ll find Palm Beach, the island’s liveliest strip. High-rise resorts line the coast, but tucked behind them are local shops, beach bars, and endless water sports. It’s the place to go if you like action—parasailing, jet skiing, or simply sipping cocktails while watching the sunset.

Move inland and you reach Noord, one of Aruba’s most popular neighborhoods for vacation rentals. Noord vacation rentals combine quiet residential charm with easy access to nightlife and beaches. Staying here means you can relax in a spacious home while being just minutes away from the island’s top attractions.

Must-See Attractions

Aruba may be small, but it’s packed with things to see beyond the beach. Arikok National Park covers nearly 20% of the island and offers a rugged landscape of caves, cacti, and hidden bays. Hike or take a guided tour to spot native wildlife and learn about Aruba’s history.

For something more gentle, visit the Butterfly Farm where hundreds of butterflies flutter freely in a tropical garden—a magical stop for families. Animal lovers also enjoy Phillips Animal Garden, a rescue sanctuary home to exotic species like emus, kangaroos, and monkeys.

Nature takes center stage at the Natural Pool (Conchi), a secluded rock basin where waves crash dramatically against volcanic stone. It’s best reached by jeep or ATV, adding adventure to the experience. And don’t skip Oranjestad, Aruba’s colorful capital. Stroll past Dutch colonial architecture, browse boutiques, and soak up the island’s mix of Caribbean and European culture.

Best Time to Visit

One of Aruba’s biggest draws is its year-round sunshine. The island sits outside the hurricane belt, making it a safe choice even in Caribbean storm season. The most popular months are December through April, when visitors from colder climates flock here for warm weather. If you prefer fewer crowds and better rates, consider the shoulder seasonsMay through August or September through November. You’ll still enjoy plenty of beach time, with average highs around 82–88°F (28–31°C).

Beautiful home in Aruba with very responsive host. Close to things to do, restaurants, and shopping. Safe, gated community. Large home with plenty of space for the 9 of us!
Heather

The home was comfortable and located in a very safe neighborhood . In addition, it is centrally located to many of the most popular beaches and nightlife. We also enjoyed many of the amenities that the home offered including the pool. We would most definitely stay in the home again and would like to thank our hosts, Stuart and Julia, for making our stay in Aruba a memorable one.
Alejandro

The villa was beautiful. It had everything we needed. It was spacious. The pool was cleaned regularly which was great because of the rain prior to our arrival. One of the best villas I have stayed at in Aruba. The location couldn’t have been better. The windows and front door pad lock were super. Couldn’t have been happier.

Tierra Del Sol

Tierra Del Sol Resort

Book your vacation rental in the premier Tierra Del Sol Resort in the north of the island. A luxurious environment with a 600-acre, 71 par, 18 hole golf course, a Premium Casual Dining Experience in the resort restaurant, and state-of-the-art wellness at The Spa.

Things to do in Aruba

Water lovers are spoiled for choice. Snorkeling and diving around the Antilla shipwreck or Boca Catalina reefs reveal schools of tropical fish and crystal-clear water. On land, join a jeep safari or ATV tour for a thrilling ride through desert terrain, limestone cliffs, and hidden caves.

If shopping is your style, Oranjestad is full of designer stores, jewelry shops, and local markets where you can pick up Aruba Aloe products or handmade souvenirs. And when the sun sets, the dining scene comes alive, everything from beachfront seafood grills to high-end international cuisine. Local favorites include fresh grouper, keshi yena (stuffed cheese), and of course, a cocktail made with Aruba Ariba.

Aruba vacation homes FAQs

Aruba is sunny and warm all year long, but most travelers consider January through April the best months to visit thanks to perfect weather and lively island events. If you prefer fewer crowds and lower prices, the shoulder months like May, June, and September are excellent choices—you’ll still enjoy plenty of beach time with smaller crowds.

Aruba can be as affordable or as luxurious as you make it. Resorts and fine dining can be pricey, but you’ll also find vacation homes with kitchens that let you save on meals, plus plenty of free or low-cost activities like beach days, snorkeling, and hiking in Arikok National Park. Booking direct with local vacation rental companies also helps you avoid extra fees.

Yes, English is widely spoken across Aruba, along with Dutch, Spanish, and the local language, Papiamento. Most locals are multilingual, so you’ll have no problem communicating whether you’re shopping, dining, or exploring the island.

A 5- to 7-day trip is ideal. This gives you enough time to relax on Eagle and Palm Beach, explore Oranjestad, try activities like snorkeling or a jeep safari, and still enjoy a day trip into Arikok National Park or the Natural Pool. Shorter stays are possible, but a week lets you balance both relaxation and adventure.

The best area depends on your style of travel. Eagle Beach is great if you want a quiet, scenic stretch of sand with family-friendly vibes. Palm Beach is perfect for nightlife, water sports, and easy access to restaurants. For more space and a local feel, Noord is a favorite, with plenty of vacation homes close to both beaches and attractions.
