“The house was the perfect size for our group of six adults and two children. We liked the traditional style of it, with some character remaining, but with modern upgrades (AC, etc.). We especially enjoyed the outside area, with the pool and greenery, and appreciated how private it felt. The few downsides: - The address didn’t work on Google maps when we first tried to get there. - The house is close to the beaches, but the area is not walkable, with no sidewalks and a busy roundabout to cross. You need to rely on cars for everything, even when going for a morning walk/jog. - There were some toiletries provided, but they were either bad quality or diluted with water and not usable. We also ran out of kitchen basics like salt well before the end of our stay. I don’t think it’s anyone’s dream to be shopping for dishwasher tablets when on vacation. -”

“This home was PERFECT for my family’s stay in Aruba! It was beautiful! The pool was AWWSOME! Very clean and warm. I know it was cleaned atleast twice while we never saw them. The house was the perfect blend of Aruba style withe modern amenities. The ac worked great!! We loved the outdoor area. The layout of the house was so cool! The glass hallway was beautiful! It was private but five minutes to everything! I loved the neighbors roosters that came to visit! We couldn’t figure the gate access out at first, our fault, but someone answered the phone immediately. I emailed a question as well and I was answered right away and everyone was so kind! Checkout was a breeze! I will be renting from Casiola again!! So glad I found it!! 💗”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were very nice. The house was very clean and inviting when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped (except for a broken can opener) with dishes, skillets, pots, coffee maker, blender, etc. The best part of the property was the outside seating areas and pool (with a shower and bathroom next to the pool). It was comfortable with shade or sun during the day and was great at night with the string lights. The property felt private and very safe, especially with the gated entrance. The door had a keycode and automatically locked after a few seconds. Plus, there was a security system installed. There were enough bath towels and beach towels for each person. There were 3 classic beach chairs and 3-4 folding lawn chairs (which worked as beach chairs). There were several coolers available and some basic sand toys for kids. Check out was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!”

“We loved this place! I'm still confused why they don't have 5 stars. This place is so well decorated, inside and out. Gorgeous art and decor. A beautiful, spacious, quiet, outside oasis. Comfortable beds. A large, fairly well stocked kitchen. Super close to a huge grocery store and several beaches. Only minor complaints: The house does not show up accurately on Google Maps. Unclear why, but you will have to learn your way there. We always put the Super Foods Plaza as our destination and memorized how to get to the house from there. The stovetop is small and the gas burners are not that powerful. So it's not ideal if trying to cook a moderate size meal. One of the bathrooms had lots of dead ants on the floors (which indicates the place has been properly treated), but they are still lying around. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!”

“The home was absolutely perfect, beautiful, and definitely the way Aruba should be experienced. It was close to the beach, near a grocery store and it\'s located in a relatively quite neighborhood. One suggestion would be to have a ceiling fan installed above the table in the covered rear patio. You don\'t get much of a cross-breeze due to being tucked back in the corner and under roof. We would have enjoyed more outdoor dining at that table had there been a ceiling fan.”

“Our home was fantastic! Location, amenities, etc! We had a drain clog, I sent an e-mail and they were out the same day to fix it. Very responsive if we had questions. Only feedback I have is in regards to the gate to enter and exit the property. There were two clickers, but only one worked the door. That was a bit of an inconvenience because we had two families and we weren\'t always together. There was another clicker, but no explanation for what that was for. Maybe the description for those somewhere in the house would be helpful. ”

“This house is thoughtfully stocked, super clean, well maintained and gorgeous. We spent 10 days here with 6 adults and 2 kids and felt we had plenty of room. Beds are nice and clean, bathrooms are spotless, pool is clean, backyard is a great place to cook out and eat. This is in a residential neighborhood minutes from the beach. This gives you an opportunity to eat at the local food shacks and shop with the natives. We rented two Jeeps and used this as our home base. Parking was great, there is a security fence and monitored alarm. We accidentally hit the panic button and received a call to check on us. This place has cold air, tv’s, fast ample WI-FI, plenty of hot water and lots of kitchen items. Outside you will find pool and beach toys from the owners along with gently used times from guest like us. The owners are very responsive to any questions we had. Keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze and there is a closet safe to lock your passports. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our stay!”

“I wanted to say thank you to Stuart and Julia for hosting me and my family in a lovely, cozy and beautiful home. I loved how everything was when we first checked in, it really felt super relaxing. I loved how there was a few makeup wipes in each bathroom because it was really useful for someone like me. Loved that detail. Comfy beds, nice showers with hot water. Because I have a big family, we loved how there was enough space for all of us to sleep comfortably. It has a washer and dryer which is perfect to keep fresh towels since we went into the pool allot. Kitchen has every appliances you need which was a plus for sure, it made it way easier for us. Pet friendly which is amazing since we have two dog babies. Beautiful big backyard where the dogs could run a play. Loved how authentic it was, with all the trees from Aruba, and how they helped keep the place breezy and cozy. Also the hallway of glass doors, we were in love with how the house was built and put together. Excellent job guys. We will be back for sure, thank you once again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stuart and Julia’s home! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The house is in a great location near an awesome grocery store (Super Foods) and very accessible to several beaches by car. We especially enjoyed the hammock and the pool! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cookware, and utensils. Each room has its own controllable air conditioning system for total comfort. Staying here gives a little slice of what it’s like to live on Aruba, complete with visits from geckos, iguanas, birds, a cat or two, and tons of aloe plants all around the property. If you’re looking for an authentic stay this is definitely the place!”

“One happy house - Our party of 3 couples really enjoyed the 5 nights we spent at the villa, the interior of the home was clean and well kept and very convenient layout for privacy although it was advertised that each unit had tv’s in each it did not only living room. AC was great throughout for goodnight sleep,kitchen was adequate and plenty of accessory’s for dining in and out back. The only negative when we arrived that could easily be addressed is a walkthrough of Mgt prior to client check in is the backyard pool area, sitting areas was not cleaned, old bird droppings etc.etc.,we spent an hour hosing down entire backyard area, chairs, lounges etc.etc. The pool after 3rd day the pump went down and was not repaired till after we left.After that the property was awsome, and I’m sure the next client will be rating it a 5 star upon arrival. Justin the host was great and easily available, thank you Justin and we will be back again . ”

“Stewart and Julia’s villa Is absolutely amazing ,It is elegant and cozy all wrapped into one.You walk into a gated driveway which give sister and best friend A sense of privacy and security which was really nice.The house was beautifully cleaned and decorated with an amazing backyard pool and barbecue area.The house Has a fully stock Kitchen for dining in or entertaining.As well as board games books and all kinds of little hidden treats That we enjoyed for our last night .I was pleased to find a cute mini mart a block and a half away to stock the kitchen with a few things that we needed for our stay including milk eggs bread also a small selection of wine.We also booked a private driver for the first day for kini kini Transportation who name is panda who was nice enough to set us up with a taxi driver service who exported us daily to all our excursions .I am pleased to say that our stay at Casola Aruba made our vacation one to remember.So much so that we called Julianne Stewart and asked if we can stay another day which they accommodated us with open arms. “We just returned to the (cold) Midwest US after a week stay at Villa Adelaida. This property was stunning. We couldn’t have been happier. The private pool and fully stocked kitchen made it extremely easy to spend some days away from crowds. Everyone had a bedroom and a bathroom and for a few days we ate all 3 meals at the house (thanks to the nice BBQ grill) while swimming and playing. While the whole of Aruba definitely feels safe this house is behind a secure gate with a long driveway and a full security system. As a remote IT worker by trade, it was also nice that the internet was very fast and reliable (I consistently got 100meg down over WiFi). The location was also much more convenient than we anticipated. The beaches are definitely so close you don’t mind hopping in the car and driving the 3-5 minutes to get there. There are many markets nearby for supplies including a Super Foods super-market. Super Foods is as big as any supermarket we have in the states and is only a few blocks from the house (and is oddly packed solid with people during a pandemic). Staying up in Noord at Adelaide and having nearby access to so many amenities was a winner for us and we’ll be back. Now to go get the salt out of our clothes and prepare for Christmas Eve...”

“This is an amazing place to stay! The home itself is lovely. Our group absolutely loved the property - plenty of space, has everything you can think of and the outdoor space is just the best. Location is perfect. If you are looking to stay outside of the touristy area but be close enough if you want to check it out this is your house. I would recommend getting a car through Julia and Stuart’s connect. We were picked up and dropped off from the airport and the location of the rental office is only 3 mins away from the house. Literally everything is a 3-10 mins drive (3-5 mins to the super market and eagle beach, Max 10 mins from the strip with restaurants and bars). I would definitely go back or check out any of the properties that Julia & Stuart manage. They are extremely responsive, helpful and just over all friendly.”

“Perfect group getaway to paradise. - Location was excellent. Villa Adelaida was minutes from the action but far enough away that we had peace and quiet most of the time. Having our own pool and outdoor shower was massively convenient, and there was even an outdoor bathroom to ensure that our pool time and outdoor lounging was seamless. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and hammock and all the lovely shade that the home had to provide throughout the day. The only drawback to the home was the tub in the master which tuned out to be rather a bust. Expect to pay a bit of overage with respect to electricity and/or water usage, but if you turn off the lights and A/C when not in use, it shouldn't be much. We had a fabulous time at Villa Adelaida, and would definitely return. We were very happy with the staffing from Rentstar as well as they were available to answer any questions we had. This place made my 40th birthday trip one to remember. Highly recommend. ”

“Villa Adelaida is a hidden gem in Aruba! - We’re living on Aruba for over 15 years now, have seen a lot of (rental) houses and none of them are like Villa Adelaida! The moment you drive in to the driveway you feel the peace and are stunned by the atmosphere and ambiance that this Villa has. It’s very well maintained, with lots of art and beautiful furniture. The garden, pool deck and porch are to die for with trees surrounded and romantic lightbulbs that dingle above your head. The house is so complete, that you don’t even notice that your not home. From a Nespressomachine to a winecooler, beachchairs (like you even need that when you have this house and pool). Candleholders with natural led lights, thick towels, hair blower in every bathroom, beach towels. I could keep on going but if you are looking for a special getaway, were you feel home and were you will have that ‘I don’t want to go back home’ feeling on your last day, you should book Villa Adelaida! Thank you so much for taking care of us so well! We’ll definitely be back! ”

“Wonderful place, home away from home. - The house was exactly like on the pictures, even better. It was beautiful, clean, full equipped, beautiful decorated, beds were perfect to sleep in, bathrooms were clean, more than enough toilets. 🙂 The garden was wonderful, beautiful seating area, dinnertable outside, clean pool. We had a great time here with our family (my mum, my aunt, my parents in law, my husband, our daughter and myself). It was so peaceful here, and a lot of privacy. The lights in the pool and on the terrace were very nice in the evening. I would definitely return, when traveling with a group. It really felt like our home. Everything was well provided, clean sheets, more than enough towels, beach towels, beach chairs, ... I can not say one bad thing about this place. A true gem.”

Fun to watch the iguanas in the nearby tree. Make sure you know how to shut off the alarm system. “A+++ - Stayed here for a week with my husband, 2 kids and my 2 sisters. House is beautiful inside and out! Everything looked new, modern and super clean. It was so big with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, even one outside by the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed. Grill outside was nice. Even had coolers and beach chairs for us to use which was awesome! My kids loved the pool and the different colors it changed. Pool was maintained beautifully with 2 non intrusive cleanings by pool maintenance guys. Can’t say enough good things about this house! Definitely recommend!!”

“House is PERFECT for large groups. Amazing location, and walking distance to grocery store. The bedrooms were all great and gave people a lot of privacy. Two bedrooms have their own private bathroom while two of the bedrooms shared one full bathroom while we used the half bathroom as needed. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with every appliance, tool, and plate/dish you could need and there was a dishwasher which was wonderful. There is also a washer/dryer outside and an extra bathroom which was perfect for pool days. House feels very safe with gates out front and lots of alarms/locks which was great when you're on an island you're not super familiar with. Stuart and his family were very helpful and would be on the property within 5-20 minutes if we had a question. The house is also equipped with their own gardening/pool staff which makes for an even more relaxing vacation. We also rented our car through Stuart and it was the best price we found on the island and was perfect for small get arounds throughout the week. We have nothing but great reviews for the home. Our ONLY concern after the fact was all of the taxes/extra fees that got stacked onto our final total. It ended up being fine since we had a large group but I would suggest making sure you calculate that into your budget :)”
