A Casiola vacation home history

We relocated to Central Florida in 2014 and began managing vacation rental properties in the Greater Orlando area. We began with only 27 units and quickly established a reputation for providing excellent service to both owners and guests.

In January 2021, we launched Casiola Aruba as our first partnership outside the Orlando area, followed by Casiola Miami in 2022.

2021 was also the year we started our vacation rental investment company Guestor with a mission to make vacation rental investing accessible, safe, and fun for everyone.

Fast forward to 2023, and here we are: a 100-person team spread across three locations in the United States and abroad. Over 400 homes of various types are managed, ranging from family-oriented pool homes and townhomes to bustling city condos and studios and luxurious Caribbean beach homes.

We have big plans for the future, but our main goal remains the same: we want our owners, guests, and team members to be part of the world’s best hospitality provider.
